Cozy Guest Suite close to downtown and pet friendly!

Bright and sunny 2 story private guest suite in nice Hilltop/Mayfair/Crestmore home. Private entrance, 1 bed, 1 bath, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. 2 Private Balcony's and very quiet neighborhood. Hardwood floors on 1st floor and carpeting upstairs in the bedroom. Bathroom is off the bedroom. Great neighborhood, close to Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Glendale, Uptown. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive. Easy access to DIA and I-70. Cable, WiFi, 2 - 55" Smart TV's

We are pet friendly and require a pet description during the booking process. Pets are generally limited to 2, but can discuss. We have a $45 one time non-refundable fee per stay and per pet. This fee to be paid to us directly via venmo, paypal, and apple pay at time of booking.

We can also accomodate 2 extra guests in a second bedroom. King Suite. Large bedroom with king bed and ensuite. The fee is $75 additional per night.

I had an excellent one week stay in this guest suite. It was very clean and completely equipped. Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Would definitely rent again if the opportunity arises. Host communication was excellent.

Bradley is a fantastic host and went above and beyond to accommodate us. He is also very friendly and gave us some great pointers on places to visit while we were in town. The apartment was very clean, neat and well appointed. Excellent stay!

Perfect spot in Denver

Great host and vrbo! My fiancé and I stayed at this Vrbo with her 2 golden retrievers and we had a great experience. The host was very nice and hospitable. Definitely recommend staying at this location in the future.

Beautiful urban retreat

We highly recommend this place. Having lived in Denver, we knew this would be a perfect location, and it was. Owners are wonderful and welcoming. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom , well-equipped kitchenette,many amenities. We hope to return!

Exceeded expectations!

Our stay at Bradley’s was perfect in all regards. The guest suite is spotless, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is especially quiet, yet conveniently close to downtown. Most importantly, Bradley is a wonderful person and we feel fortunate to have made his acquaintance.

Amazing Host!

My husband and I had such a lovely experience staying here! The property was clean and in such a nice location close to anything you could need. The host is fantastic! He is very kind and so easy to communicate with. All amenities you could need are provided, with access to extras if necessary. Staying here really made our trip so much better and we would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet And Comfortable.

Loved it! Stayed with my Malinois for a weekend dog training conference. Long days meant my dog and I were beat. It was a great place to come back to and just relax. Quiet neighborhood and a comfy bed really hit the spot. Zero complaints whatsoever. Beats a hotel ANY DAY. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience!

I was in town to visit friends, but also working and doing grad school finals, so I needed a quiet place to retreat to. This place is so lovely, quiet, has private outdoor spaces, a kitchen, a work area, it was everything I needed. Bradley was also lovely to communicate with and very accommodating. The check-in process is smooth and the neighborhood is close to great food and shops. I can't recommend staying here highly enough! Thank you!

Excellent stay - thank you

Bradley & Evan were fantastic. They heard our dog crying and texted me to ask if they could get him. They ended up watching him every time we left as we were in & out of going to a hospital for testing. They truly went the extra mile and were wonderful hosts & we are so grateful to them. We will be back for sure. The house is in a great neighborhood and close to great dining.

CO Trip

The property was really nice in a good location for the activities I had planned. The neighborhood was awesome and quiet but there were restaurants and coffee shops about a mile away. The space would work well for a single person or a couple, but the layout would be awkward otherwise as you have to go thru the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Kitchen was modest, but my functional, however, there was not even a shaker of salt for the hard boiled eggs I made but that was really my only complaint.

The stay was good the only complaint was there was no mirrors except in the bathroom made it hard for us to get ready without any mirrors and I also wasn’t expecting another party to be there and having no lights outside at night for the hot tub or the outdoor balconies I would have assumed may be lit up at night for us to have enjoyed but it’s wasn’t but overall it was not bad just a few minor things that could’ve been better

It was a nice, quaint, fully separated guest house in a great neighborhood. Hosts were super nice and let us use their laundry machine and hot tub. Super Dog friendly too and they have a few of their own.
