Summary:
Beautiful home perfectly situated between Denver & Golden! Designed to accommodate large groups comfortably with plenty of space to spread out & have privacy with 2 kitchens, 2 living areas & plenty of luxurious beds! The bright & spacious main level with high ceilings complete with a mural from a local artist is the perfect place for you to gather & unwind from your CO adventures. Being less than a mile from trendy Old Town Arvada, you can be at breweries, restaurants & shops within minutes!

The Space:
This is a contemporary and spacious single family house in a residential neighborhood that you will have to yourself and can feel like home as you explore Colorado. The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every guest to ensure your safety and comfort.

The upstairs living area is complete with a spacious living room, full kitchen, dining area with a large table, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Head downstairs to find another full living area & kitchen as well as another bedroom and bathroom! No detail was overlooked in making this the perfect space for your vacation and one that you will want to come back to again and again!

Groups and families will love the option to have their own separate space after you are done exploring and adventuring through Colorado all together! Since Coloradans love their outdoor time, there is also a large, private fenced yard for you to relax in with our brand new hot tub!

With Denver and Golden both being just 15 minutes away, you will easily be able to see so much of what Colorado has to offer during your stay. Old Town Arvada (5 min away) is a local favorite of many “Denverites” that is little known to most tourists! Hop on the light rail to get downtown from here or to make your way back to the airport! The home is within minutes of the main highway (I70) to take you out to the mountains getting you to all the Colorado hiking and skiing in no time!

Guests have access to the entire property.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Parks and playgrounds within walking distance. Olde Town Arvada within short drive or 20 minute walk. Olde Town has a light rail station which allows a quick ride to downtown Denver.

Getting Around:
We have a small driveway and street parking available. Please limit street parking to two vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
We are dog friendly! Our backyard is completely fenced in and we have dog bowls for water and food. Our pet fee is per animal. A few important items to note:

Please bring your pet's favorite toys and treats.

We allow small small to medium sized dogs (under 50 lbs). No pitbulls (no exceptions). The charge is $25/night per pet.

You are required to clean up after your pet. We provide dog poop bags. Dog messes left behind will be charged $100 plus $50 per waste incident cleaned by our staff.

We are available to support our guests throughout their stay. Guests can reach us using the Airbnb messaging system.

Family getaway to Denver

Our family had a great time and the house was perfect for us, especially with the separate apartment downstairs. There are parks nearby and it is a quick drive to the sites in Denver. Our granddaughter especially liked seeing the bunnies who lived in the yard!

Great Visit to Denver

My family was in Denver together and really enjoyed our this property as part of our stay. The house was very clean, in great working order, and extremely well stocked. We'll definitely look to stay here again on future trips!

Great location and property layout

We stayed here with our adult daughter, teenage daughter, son and his wife and baby (9 months). The separate living spaces were perfect for our group. The location was a short walk to the cute town of Arvada with coffee shops, restaurants, candy/ice cream shop. Beds were comfy. Note: there is no pack-and-play/ portable crib at the house (we borrowed one from local friends); there is a baby gate though. We would definitely rent again.

Fun Family Vacay

We stayed here for a week and found it a restful retreat after busy days of activity. Plenty of room, kitchen furnished with most of what we needed, beds and showers great. We even used the washer/dryer, hot tub and bbq. My mother stayed in the extra suite and she liked having her own area. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property in a great location

This home is not only beautiful but in a grwat location. Close to bars and restaurants, as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. The house is well taken care of, in a quiet neighborhood. They went above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The few questions we had wete answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for multiple people to stay

Overall I'm very happy with how well this property worked out for me and my family. There are plenty of beds and a nice living room area. The tubs were a little clogged, but other than that I'm very happy with everything. Thank you!

Arvada rental

The house was amazing. We had everything we needed and more. This was our first time and the property was very quick to respond as i had many questions. We were very pleased with our trip and the location was perfect we were able to do Rocky Mountain National park, Colorado Springs, downtown Denver, an Astros game, the zoo and museum. All short drives from the house!

Perfect Location

It was perfect for our family of 9 while here for a wedding. Close to Golden & Boulder area. Nice to have 2 living areas to spread people out. Had a couple of glitches but owner took immediate care of them. Be aware there is not a lot of extra space & no dressers in bedrooms but each bedroom has its own closet, so once you settle in, it’s not an issue.

Perfect location! Great stay!

The house was great! No complaints! This house has a perfect location for our concert at Red Rocks and a day downtown Denver. We also went to the Coors factory! Close to everything. Lots of close restaurants and even a fun dive bar with pool tables, shuffle board and old skool video games was even near by! We had 6 people tons of room. We cooked several meals we had everything we needed. Great outside seating area.beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean with hot water with normal pressure. We even did laundry and the washer and dryer worked great. It was nice having toiletries in the bathrooms and basic necessities were already there. Great booking choice!

Perfect wedding HQ

When we booked the property months and months ago, I didn’t plan on having a broken pelvis and elbow. So that made the split level multitude of stairs a bit challenging. But the location was perfect for our daughter’s wedding in Golden, the downstairs mini-suite was the perfect setup for the wedding party hair and makeup, and it was just what we needed. Management responded quickly to any questions. I would suggest leaving better instructions for TV and the heat/Echo thermostat

Cute clean house with a good location for Red Rock Amphitheater

Cute, very clean house nicely updated with plenty of room for our family of 5. Communication with the owner was outstanding, kitchen was well stocked and all cabinets were labeled. We did not utilize the hot tub, but it is a good addition to the back yard. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. We stayed in Arvada for 2 nights to attend a concert at the Denver Bronco's stadium and another at Red Rock Amphitheater. It was about 15-20 minutes from each venue. We stayed during a heat wave in Denver, highs around 95-100 degrees. This is an older home that has an air conditioner that struggles to keep up with this kind of heat. By late afternoon evening it was 80 degrees in the house. Luckily, we were gone both evenings and the house cooled down to 70 degrees by the time we went to sleep. There are ceiling fans in all 3 upstairs bedrooms and 2 box fans which helped. If you are planning on hanging at the house in the evening during warmer months you may be uncomfortable FYI. I like to be informed before booking and read a lot of reviews prior to making my choice. This is a great house that I would recommend with the exception of the air conditioner during very hot times.

Convivence without being in the middle of downtown

Property location was great for getting to Denver or getting to the local (echo) mountains for skiing without having to deal with Breckenridge type madness. House has a nice little "apartment" downstairs. This would be a great place for a family and a couple to share. The "apartment" has a kitchen of its own. We had a couple of issues that were addressed immediately by owner. The hot tube was fun, even in very cold weather. The cleaning crew could have done a little better before we arrived, other than that, everything was great. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen table was big enough for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet. We were in town for skiing, but if I were in town for an NFL or Baseball game, this would be a great location. The stadiums are a short drive. The airport is a short drive.
