The house was very organized and clean. I really liked the hardwood floors in the living area and bedrooms on the main floor. It was nice to have a big enough garage to accommodate two vehicles. The check-in and checkout was very simple. The backyard was private and we did enjoy the corn hole game that was provided. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place and owners!

We have stayed at this house many times and the location is perfect. It is next to my brothers house, the property is very comfortable, and the owners bend over backwards to make sure our stay is positive experience!

Clean and cozy house

The house was just as described on the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and filled with all the amenities we needed. The check in and check out instructions were simple and clear, and the host was also communicative and friendly. We would stay at this property again, highly recommend it!

Amazing host and property

The property was very clean and the pictures did not do it justice. There was just a warm feeling about the space. It feels very comfortable and lived in. Pam was an amazing host leaving us water upon our arrival. She was attentive and was able to answer any questions I had. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This location was clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient.

Great house in great location

Pam connected with us a few weeks before our stay, a few days before, the night before, the day of, and our last night. It was the perfect amount of communication. The house had everything we expected and met all of our needs. The location was perfect for visiting downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. Will rent this house again when in Denver!

This house was perfect for the 6 of us. The property was very clean and well maintained. The host had equipped it with everything we needed for our stay. Perfect!!

This home was perfect. There was plenty of space for us and it is located in a very nice area central to everything we wanted to visit. The property owner did the little things that made us feel so welcomed. (Candy, water, coffee, extra supplies that you normally have to bring). I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Denver Trip

We had a great time staying at this location. We were exploring the city for a week for possible relocation purposes so the location worked well to travel all over. The hosts were informative, helpful and considerate before, during and after the stay. The space was perfect for our family and incredibly spacious. Our newly walking infant had all his needs met by the hosts with a pack and play, a baby gate and a high chair! We were very comfortable at this point and will stay here again if we don't relocate first!

Convenient, beautiful, and clean!

My siblings and I flew in for our brother’s wedding. We really enjoyed our day. We were able to spread out a good bit due to the layout of the home and really nice covered patio. We grilled dinner one night so had some downtime to relax a bit. I recommend 10/10.

We had a lovely time staying at this property. The hosts were attentive and responsive to any questions. I’m a little picky about cleanliness and felt completely comfortable and at ease here. The space was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to explore the area. I enjoyed sitting and reading on the back porch area. The kitchen was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. It was also great to have an up and downstairs living space to spread out. Thank you for hosting our family!

AMAZING PLACE

This property was just perfect for our five day stay in Denver. It is perfectly situated between Denver and nearby Denver sites, like Red Rock, Lookout Mountain, Boulder, and more. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want while away from home (and, in fact, may be better stocked than my kitchen at home!). All the beds were super comfortable. It has two large family rooms, which was perfect for us. The towels and bedding were really soft and nice. And we really appreciated the ample bottled water to keep us hydrated while we adjusted for Denver's high-altitude air! The house was incredibly clean, and we felt like the owners anticipated our every need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great month in Pam’s lovely rental. The house was clean & fresh when we arrived & we’ve never been in such a well supplied rental home & we’ve stayed at several! She had everything you could imagine & then some. We invited Pam over a couple of times to the house so we could meet her & we had a a great time visiting with her, she is as sweet as can be & she takes good care of her renters. The communication between Pam is excellent, she was always quick to get back to us, we had no issues what so ever with our stay, so don’t hesitate to book with Pam, you will be happy you did!!

Spring Break Trip 2024

I have only amazing things to say about our host and our stay in this cozy home! Unfortunately during our stay there was a severe winter storm but our host was great at checking in with us. She even brought us the necessary items for emergencies plus more so that we could continue to enjoy our time even when we were stuck at the house. The house was very clean and fully stocked with so many amazing amenities. We only had 4 people in our group and the house could have very comfortably fit 4 more! Definitely will be booking here again the next time we visit Denver :)

Great Stay in Arvada

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything from pots and pans to Kcups for coffee. The property is located in a great neighborhood, just a short drive from Red Rocks Amphitheatre and downtown Denver. There are also a number of restaurants and shops within a short drive. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. She communicated via text and ensured we were enjoying our vacation, and left us some treats in the Fridge! Overall, we had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our time in Colorado. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Arvada.

Clean and Convenient

We were very happy choosing to stay here. When we travel cleanliness is very important to my family members as well as location and number of beds/rooms. The kitchen has everything you need to eat in and there were plenty of quality towels for the entire family. The communication was outstanding. Pam reached out to me a week or two before travel and even shared some local spots. For location, it’s not a place where you can walk to a downtown cafe and pickup a coffee, but it is very easy to get in and out from this spot. There are plenty of Einstein’s and Targets around which was great for esrly mornings and we forgot to pack. You can hear a few cars at night if sleeping on the main level and the bed downstairs can be a little noisy, but our entire experience outweighs those little nits. We would stay again if returning for a visit. Great customer service.
