The house was incredibly spacious - we could not find anything comparable in the area with as many bathrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we were very happy to enjoy the hot tub!
Home worked well for our family and friends attending our daughter's wedding. Had all the conveniences for the bridal wedding party to get ready for the ceremony and reception!
Just a bunch of guys who hadn’t seen each other in a long while. Great to catch up in such a nice property with plenty of space to hang out and catch up.
We all came to Denver for a family wedding. This house for our large family with great 5 bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms made it possible for everyone to function but being under one roof for all the memories!
Would recommend this home for any family function! Located close to the zoo and the science museum!
This vacation home was perfect for our group of 8. It’s much larger than it appears fromthe street. We were 3 couples and 2 singles and each bedroom had access to its own bathroom which was great for getting ready. The steam shower was amazing after long days. The kitchen was a perfect gathering spot. More seating in the upstairs living was accomplished by moving the recliner in from the playroom. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We were within a half an hour to Red Rocks and even walking distance to restaurants. Great location, very convenient to everything we needed. The home was clean? Very functional, and had everything we needed, even coffee! Having laundry facilities in the home was very helpful. Communication with the host was always prompt and easy. We appreciate all that went into making this home comfortable and functional for a big group. We all agreed we would love to stay here again when we return for our annual gathering next year!
Very accommodating for our large group. The bed downstairs in the casita was so bad we purchased a topper for it. No spatulas for cooking. Bedrooms and bathrooms were of good size and worked well for our group.
This house offered everything my group (12 adults) needed for our Denver weekend. The property was clean and well-kept, there was ample room for us all to gather in the kitchen/dining area and the family room, and the bedrooms were separated and private. Each room had its own bathroom, which was my personal favorite part! The house itself has a ton of character and comfort. I'd absolutely recommend staying here!
This property was absolutely amazing and spacious enough for our wedding party of 9 people. The master bathroom was amazing with the heated floors and spa functionality. The kitchen was the talk of the trip for all of us. The downstairs den and bedroom were a great way to allow for everyone to feel like they had space. Lastly the en suite bedroom was a pleasant surprise and was perfect for one of our party members. Overall, this was a fantastic selection for a party of our size!
This house was so cute and spacious! The size is deceiving from the outside, once inside we kept exploring and found beautiful rooms and bathrooms. We LOVED the kitchen/dining area and the big gas range was a dream! Property manager was easy to communicate with too~
Location was great - checkin was seamless. There were a few minor items like no trash bags - coffee maker being broken - and all of the outside porches - furniture - grills was very dirty. It was gorgeous summer weather and would have been nice to sit outside and utilize the grill. For the nightly rate - just expected a little more cleanliness.
The house provides ample space for a group of friends to house an in person fantasy football draft and is in a convenient location where Ubers are not expensive to get where you need to go.

Reviewer Comments:
This rental accommodated my entire group! Especially with the 5 full bathrooms. It wasn’t crowded as I thought it would be with the amount of people we had. Everyone had room to breathe. Not to mention the vintage layout! Updated with modern style! If you’re looking for a great stay with a huge crowd then look no further!

Jewel that needs polishing
This place has the potential to be great. Multiple Rooms with bathrooms, wonderful kitchen and gathering space. But with spotty Wi-fi, horrible AC controls and cleanliness issues there’s issues to address. Did the property managers reach out everyday? Yes. Do I have better things to do on my wedding vacation than reach out to fix basic necessities? Yes.

Overall good. Property and house is an older 1950’s home that has beenrecently remodeled/renovated. Kitchen and baths were nice, although organization could have been a little better. Was missing some kitchen towels and cable was a little spotty at times. It’s cozy and comfortable place and did the job for our family of 8. Overall we gave it an 8/10. Thank you.

Great for family gathering. Plenty of space, great kitchen, and plenty of space for separate groups to hang out, visit, watch tv, or for kids to play. This house if great for kids. The toys made the visit for them, which helped adults to get quality visiting time. Beds were comfortable. Outside cushions really should be replaced for the summer. Black and dirty....otherwise, the house was clean and had everything we needed.
Great group stay, beautiful kitchen, lots of bathrooms
We had an amazing stay for a large gals group weekend and found this place because it had the amount of beds we needed for our group. We were able to navigate easily and cook seamlessly in the enormous kitchen. All of the guests had access to plenty of bathrooms, and the basement back room is essentially a full suite equipped with its own little kitchenette. The house has all the bells and whistles you need to enjoy a stay in Denver, very accessible to downtown and RiNo areas.
The main drawback was that the beds were not very comfortable and could use updating, it was especially surprising considering everything else about the house was immaculate. The outdoor patio and grill could have also used some attention but it served the purpose we needed it to.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend staying for great group gathering location, comfortable couches, beautiful kitchen, and kid friendly.
Overall, this property was amazing! The kitchen was our main gathering place and it had everything we needed. Actually, it had more than that because we didn't know we needed 2 dishwashers but we definitely did! Another awesome part was the primary bathroom. The shower was massive with 2 shower heads and a rainfall shower feature along with a steam option. It was truly a luxurious experience. We had a large group but there was enough seating for all of us. We appreciated multiple TVs in the home. It gave everyone a chance to do their own thing.
Now for the bad (It looks like a lot, but they were mostly just minor issues).
* The WiFi was subpar. It was spotty and very slow. It wouldn't have been a problem except both Verizon and AT&T coverage wasn't very good in the house.
* There were a bunch of cobwebs in the kitchen area.
* We had to ask for washcloths and hand towels.
* More bath mats were needed.
* Upstairs hall bathtub was slick.
* The old groceries need to be cleaned out as there were some that had an expiration date as early as 2017.
* The most disappointing item was the outdoor seating. All the cushions were extremely dirty. We had to take them off on the front porch and just sit on the furniture without them which was VERY uncomfortable. It was a shame because we had such nice weather and were planning on doing smores one night but couldn't.
* There is a safety issue coming up the front path at night. You could use some solar lights to help guests see the stairs.
The kitchen was beautiful and had plenty of utensils, dishes, cookware and serving pieces. Four out of the five bedrooms had attached bathrooms, which worked out great for our family. Loved the neighborhood!
