Your Denver adventure begins at this cozy studio apartment located within walking distance of shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Walk to a movie theater, the Denver Performing Arts Center, the Cherry Creek bike path, the Denver Art Museum, Coors Field or the Pepsi Center. The space features hardwood floors, a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom and a living room with a murphy bed that folds out into a queen bed and can be easily hidden for a comfortable living space. An extra twin bed tucks away in the hall for a cozy reading nook or an extra guest. Enjoy the outdoor balcony with views of the Rocky Mountains, exercise in the fitness center and take a dip in the rooftop pool, or take advantage of the building's private meeting spaces. There's also on-site laundry and a secure, covered parking spot. Our apartment has everything you'll want right in the heart of downtown.
