BEDROOMS
This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. With a thoughtful layout across the main level and basement, there’s plenty of space to relax after a day exploring Wheat Ridge and nearby Denver.

Bedroom 1 – Located on the main level, this cozy bedroom features a Queen bed, warm lighting, and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding.

Bedroom 2 – This bright main-level bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed with inviting decor and natural light.

Bedroom 3 – Perfect for kids or friends, this main-level bedroom includes 2 Twin beds and a fun, comfortable setup.

Bedroom 4 – Located in the basement, this spacious bedroom features a luxurious King bed, a workspace, and a peaceful retreat-like feel.

BATHROOMS
You`ll find 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels throughout the home. The bathrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience for your entire group. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your stay.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed for cooking at home.

The living area is designed for gathering and relaxing, with comfortable seating, natural light, and entertainment for all ages.

Downstairs, you`ll find a secondary living space with sleeper sofa, large smart TV, cozy seating, board games, air hockey, foosball, mini pool, and table tennis for fun-filled evenings with family and friends.

** Infrared Sauna** Unlike a traditional sauna, this is an infrared sauna that uses red light therapy rather than high heat or steam. It will get comfortably warm from the lights, but it won`t reach the intense temperatures of a standard sauna.

Step outside and enjoy the fully fenced outdoor space featuring a relaxing seating area, private hot tub, and spacious grass area. The home also includes a charming front porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or Colorado evenings.

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we`re happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside and will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover mitigation costs.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.

✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.

✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am

✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.

✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.

✔️We do not keep propane or firewood stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you!

✔️ If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.
