The property was fantastic. It was clean and roomy. The location was perfect, not far from the events we had planned. Also the communication between me and the owner was excellent. We will definitely use this host again and recommend them.

This is our second stay at this property and we plan on returning. We live in Florida and our kids and grandkids live in Denver. We need a place to stay when we visit and this property is perfect. It’s a great location. It’s very clean and comfortable. The owner is quick to respond to any inquiries. All the things you look for when selecting a vacation rental.

Perfect Colorado getaway spot
The property is a duplex with a separate kitchen, living area and two large bedrooms. It is 10 mins from downtown Denver and an hours drive from the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Altho it is on a busy street, Edgewater is a beautiful little town on a lake with a trail encircling it which is very close to the home.

Michelan Star Getaway
This is a lovely property and very nicely appointed. It’s also in a great, centrally-located, residential neighborhood. We were in town to visit a fabulous restaurant, Beckon, where the daughter of a close family friend was instrumental in the achievement of a Michelan star. She lives near this property so we could share time without being disruptive with our very early-morning midwestern habits. Sanja is a fabulous host!

Excellent Home in Denver/Edgewater for Family
My family stayed here over the holidays and it was perfect. Excellent access to the Edgewater market, Target, King Soopers, Sloan’s Lake, and not too far off the highway. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and the home was very comfy. Would absolutely book again!

Everything was nice but a few minor things need to be fixed. Dishwasher door could use some WD40, a couple lights flicker in living room, and there were no hot pad holders; we bought one and left it. Also, the drawer in bottom next to wall in kitchen drops when pulled out. Place was perfect for us. Remember ear plugs the bedrooms are next to busy street. Definitely would rent again

Family Visit
We selected this property for it’s convenience to our son’s home, but it turned out to be a great stay for so many other reasons. It’s clean with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. The location is great! You are close to great restaurants and you have a choice of grocery stores nearby. Lake Sloan is right down the road which is beautiful to take a walk around while enjoying the Denver skyline in the background. If I had one complaint it was the street noise, so if you are a light sleeper, take a white noise machine. Overall, amazing place to spend a few days in Denver.

Good location
Duplex was big enough for 4 people. Host was very responsive. Bring own wash clothes they are not provided but bath towels are. Owner also requests shoes are not worn in duplex which is an odd request since there is no carpet in the place. Location is close to Walmart incase you need anything. Overall our stay was good.

Nice place, good location
This was a nice place to stay for a couple days while we went to Red Rocks for a concert. Anything we needed wasn't more than a few minutes away, check in/check out was easy and the owner was very clear in her communication about what was expected. I will say that when renting this I did NOT see that it was a multi-family building. We were going to a concert and hadn't planned on needing to be quiet after 10p. We of course did comply since we are respectful adults but it was a disappointment when I got the email saying it was a duplex about a week before our stay. The listing reads - you have the whole house - apparently it says something about it being a duplex later on even though I don't remember seeing that when I booked. Regardless, it's a nice place and it still deserves a good review.

The location was great. It was close to the public market which was nice. We attended a concert at red rocks and it was a wonderful experience. The unit is nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Sanja was great at communicating with us. We definitely stay again.

Convenient location
We all agree that the beds were comfortable, and we slept well for our one night stay. The location is convenient, as it is only 16 mins from Red Rock and also near the city. We would stay again.

Ok place, not ideal location
I recently stayed here with my girlfriend and mom for a long weekend in Denver. The check-in/out process was very easy and the home was very clean. However, the home had an unusual order (assuming that’s because it is 420 friendly?). That and it is right on a very busy street. It was impossible for all 3 of us to sleep with constant loud noises from cars until about 1/2am it died down. Ultimately we just got a hotel and stayed there the weekend. If I had to do it again I’d save time and money and just get a hotel in Denver, same price and way better location.

Comfortable stay in a residential neighborhood
This home is conveniently located just West of Denver in the Edgewater neighborhood. It is a part of a house amongst other similar houses, convenient parking, clean and comfy. The beds were awesome! The only concern, and this is something the hosts cannot control, is the busy street and bedrooms facing that busy street - so bring ear plugs. Thank you for a safe and convenient stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the location and walk around Sloan lake. Close to the city. Great communication with the host. Easy access to Boulder etc. Great hiking in Boulder. Market place is too in walking distance.

Nice property!
This was a nicely renovated duplex. We loved its central location to things that we wanted to do in Denver and beyond. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. It has an up to date look and feel. Parking was easy. Rooms had nice big mirrors. The only thing lacking for me was a blanket on the beds. They both had bulky duvet covers which was too hot to sleep with. The only complaint from me is the street noise. It wasn’t quiet at all. This made it hard to sleep.

The Space Met Our Needs
We were in Denver for the weekend to visit family and really needed a place to crash and catch our breath. This rental met our goals. Sanja did forget to email us the entrance instructions sio we had a few tense moments when we forst arrived, but these issues were quickly resolved and I certainly forgive her for a lapse. There is nothing fancy here, but the space is roomy, clean, and supplies all the basic ammenities. It is also close enough to shopping, parks, and funky joints (including the Edgewater Public Market) that are all easily walkable. The rental was close to family and we found Denver easily drivable so we were pleased with our stay.

Disgusting mildew smell in the unit and owner nonresposive
The minute you opened the door there was a disgusting smell of mildew, tobacco and dog. There was no light bulb above the back door if you wanted to come in that way. Kitchen faucet very loose, no BBQ though pictures showed one, only two soup pots, no pans and towels in the bathroom were not replaced with clean ones when unit was cleaned ( we looked at unit when we arrived before it was cleaned). Towels were in the same place/hanging same way before and after (and were the only 2 brown towels -all others were gray. ) they also didn’t smell as if they had been washed. We stayed one night but by next morning decided we couldn’t stay another night. Checked into a Sheraton for the remaining 2 nights. Sanja communicated with us until we mentioned the mildew smell at which point we never heard back from her. I have used VRBO for 7+ years / The saying you get what you pay for is true. Unfortunately we wasted 2 nights that were paid and owner ignored our request to refund due to the nasty smell. Thank goodness the Sheraton had a nice clean room for us.

Dear Maria, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, however I would have appreciated timely, clearer communication from you, which did not happen. Maria checked in on Friday at 3 pm. She DID NOT bring up any issues to me until Sunday evening 4pm. She contacted me on Sunday, after spending Friday night and Saturday day in my home. On Sunday at 4.30pm I received a message that she left on Saturday due to an unpleasant smell and that light bulb was not working. Complaint was made 2 days after checking in, one day before check out. Maria requested refund threatening verbally that she will write a bad review. Per her request, I RELEASED REFUND without question. I did not ignore Maria on Sunday. I would never ignore my guests, it's just not something I would do after being a host since 2016. There are no leaks, mold or mildew in my home. Plumber was scheduled to come out 3 days after Maria left, kitchen faucet was replaced although it was not leaking just lose, no evidence of mold or mildew was found in the apartment nor basement. Bathroom tub with completely new subfloor and tile was replaced about 6 months ago. We advertise as 420 friendly apartment, occasionally there may be some left over smell from that. Cigarette smoking inside is not allowed. There in NO BBQ advertised in any of my pictures, we do not have outdoor BBQ and do not advertise it. Per our housekeeper, all towels were washed and replaced. We make sure to do his every time to ensure safety of our guests. As a nurse I often educate my housekeeper on how important cleanings is especially during pandemic. Group of guests that checked in one day after Maria had no complaints, I called them and made sure they are comfortable. There were no complaints whatsoever.

Convenient and Comfy!
This location was super convenient for us as tourists! Most of the places we wanted to go were just a 10-15 minute drive. Even a drive up into the mountains was less than 30 minutes. Some places were within walking distance. The property is as pictured. It's an older property, but has been updated nicely. Check in and check out was so easy and so was communication with the host. I would definitely consider staying at this location again.

Perfect location for tourists
The property was very well presented and the neighborhood was generally quiet and safe. The location is also super convenient. It is walking distance to Sloan lake park and the Edgewater public market. Major roads are also very easily accessible. One road over is Colfax with direct access to I-25 and Sheridan was also very close which gets you to 6th ave. Both of these roads were used to go everywhere we travelled. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our Denver trip. Key points for me were the neighborhood, cleanliness and access to main roads. This location checked all of the boxes. The on-site laundry which was included in the rental (not coin operated) was also a huge plus. If you are planning on Denver then this is where you want to be. Also we had three adults. I had planned on another and a child. The seating and sleeping accommodations were perfect for two couples or a small family. Sanja communicated well and information for check in and check out was clearly presented as well as notes for how to work the TV and other things was very beneficial.

Neat and clean. Owner requested no shoes on hardwood floors, did not pack slippers, used socks. Would of been nice to have some pull over shoe covers available. Mr. Coffee pot could be replaced, made it work though. Kitchen faucet is loose could use some attention to tighten it up. Would be nice to have a vacuum. Traffic at night made it an experience sleeping.
