Great host, lovely home

The basement accommodations were perfect for our needs. Great location, very comfortable bed and we enjoyed the backyard patio. Although we didn’t see her much, the host was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended property to stay at.

Cherry Hills Stay

Are stay was great. Our host Collette was very informative and gracious. Loved her dog who greeted us everytime we came back. Would recommend for anyone staying close to Cherry Hills Country Club.

Colette was lovely and friendly and helpful. Her dog Brodie helped me not miss my dog so much. The accommodations are clean comfortable and perfect for what I needed.

Very easy to get anywhere in Denver area. Place was nice and clean. Wish the listing indicated you go through owners living area to go in/out and to the bathroom

Very nice room

The room is great and the private bathroom is just up the stairs. You do have to take your dishes up to the kitchen to wash but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Very cozy!

Cool & Cozy Summer Getaway Highly Recommended!

Colette was an excellent host! She reached out in advance with helpful information to help me plan and pack accordingly. The basement was very cool and comfortable, and the kitchenette amenities were great. It’s a short walk to a beautiful park and a tasty Thai restaurant as well as Whole Foods. I look forward to coming back with more time to explore!

Very comfortable

From the minute we got there to the day we left, we felt welcomed. We both liked the bed and slept like babies. Loved talking with Collette and took her advise on where to go and things to do. She nailed it, we had a blast. She also has a great dog, Brodie. He was a good boy.

Colorado Calm

Gracious host with very comfortable home. Thoroughly enjoyed visiting with her and needed stores only several blocks away with a very good Italian place, Zane’s, in the neighborhood. Broady would meet us at times and enjoys visitors, (dog). This is a great location that should not be missed.Quick assess to major roads to Boulder, Red Rocks.

Great place and easy access to all things Denver

This basement Vrbo space was perfect! Convenient to Hwy 25 through the heart of Denver - close enough to downtown and far enough to feel like the suburbs. Host Colette was very nice and gave a walkthrough of the space with all the amenities (toiletries, towels, coffee, microwave, etc). She provided local tidbits on things such as golf courses and hiking trails, along with great food options! If I need to stay in Denver again, I will absolutely be looking Colette up!

Great Private Spot in Gorgeous Home

The host contacted me prior to my arrival and apologized to say she would be out of town. She gave me all thr instuctioms I needed and checked back.with me a couple times to make sure all was well. W The room was great. A/c and lights perfectwelcomed my arrival.was told colate.

Great welcoming hostess in quiet neighborhood

Enjoyed my short stay with Colette. She is very knowledgeable about things going on in the area. She was a gracious hostess and I enjoyed chatting with her. She communicated very well and I felt happy to come and go as I pleased. The bathroom being separate from the main rental area was not an issue at all. I never felt like I had to walk on eggshells in her home. It felt much like visiting one of my aunts. I recommend this place if you want a quiet space as well. Neighborhood was nice and stay was a short walk to a wide open park. Would stay again.

Close to parks, shopping, etc.

We enjoyed our stay with our host in this basement apartment. The bed was comfortable and the host was pleasant and accommodating. Because of my sensitivities, she willingly washed the linens in fragrance free detergent before our arrival. We were also able to do a couple of loads of laundry since we were vacationing for a couple of weeks. Be advised that you do have to go up a few stairs to use the bathroom and since this is a basement apartment, it was cold in the summer. It might be a plus to some, but us Floridians were a bit chilled. She did her best to warm it up for us. We walked to the neighborhood park and it is close to restaurants and shopping.

Basement studio.

The property was cozy and clean. The host Colette was amazing. I wish the bathroom was inside the basement instead of up a flight of stairs. This would of given us access to a sink and a running faucet. Would of liked a private entrance and a seperate climate control that we could set to our liking. Great place for a younger couple that do not have issues with achy joint and climbing stairs.

Wonderful!

Colette's place was wonderful. She was so accomodating and helpful. She has a beautiful, quiet backyard and a nice neighborhood. Brody adds a special touch for all dog lovers, sweet, well mannered and watching him chase birds in the backyard made me laugh. Thank you Colette for a beautiful couple of days!

Comfortable bed, bathroom separate

Although this was a lovely place with convenient access to what I needed, I found the listing and photos to be a bit misleading. I didn’t anticipate having to pass through someone’s private home to access the room. It all worked out but I would not have rented had that been more clear. There is also no running water or a sink in the basement area. The bathroom is up stairs in the main house where you access water. The host was nice and very responsive, but I think this listing could use a bit more detail so that guests have a more ancurate idea of what they are renting.
