Welcome to my unique property! It’s a remodeled single-family home that's been thoughtfully divided into two affordable units, each with its own private, secure entrance. Whether you’re here for business, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll have all the privacy you need in your unit. The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.
While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any apartment or hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.
The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. The temperature is usually kept between 68-72°F, but if you'd like a little extra warmth or a breeze, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters for your comfort.

Jeff was exceptionally responsive! The place was perfect for my needs and pet friendly with a large fenced back yard! I would highly recommend this space to others!! Great location and close to Old Towne, Mid Town and Denver.
Everything was nice with a fenced in yard. The only thing I wish I would have known was that they had a k cup for coffee and no coffee pot. Not end of the world but just assumed there was a regular coffee pot
Our experience with this host was horrible! After a day of thunderstorms and hail, we returned to a flooded place. Our kid's bedroom was the worst, covered with water. The whole place was flooded from our bedrooms, to the living room, and the kitchen. Everything was wet! We contacted the host, and tried to call to no avail, and got a lame response on the chat portion of this site. They said they would send someone over to clean it up. Almost 2 hours go by and nothing. So I asked again. By this time we're packing up our stuff to leave because we can't stay in a flooded place. They responded again with that they're trying to get someone out. Two more hours go by and nothing. We call VRBO and the operator also couldn't get them to answer their phone. After almost 5 hours of waiting, we had to leave the residence.
This is the worst experience we've ever had with a host. If they would have been more responsive and cleaned it up within a reasonable time, we would have considered staying. But that didn't happen. We filed a complaint for a refund. Let's see how long this takes.
