  • Enjoy your own three-bedroom Denver bungalow with a fenced yard, gated parking, and space to settle in between adventures. Whether you’re visiting for a game, exploring Denver, attending the stock show, or heading toward the mountains, this historic home offers convenient access to I-70, I-76, and Highway 36.

    THE SPACE
    The entire house is yours during your stay. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed, and one includes a desk and chair for working or planning your day.

    Relax in the living room with a smart TV and electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, a coffee maker, and a toaster, with a cozy dining nook seating four.

    There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The rear mudroom offers a foosball table, dartboard, and extra storage. A washer and dryer are available in the unfinished basement.

    OUTDOOR SPACE & PARKING
    Enjoy the front porch seating and partial views of the downtown skyline, or spend time in the fenced yard and small backyard patio. The gated driveway accommodates up to three vehicles.

The stay was very good!! The home was close to our friends that we were visiting! It had more than expected!! We have never stayed in a home that provided as much as they did! The kitchen was packed full of seasoning, spices and everything you'd need to prepare a meal! The convenience of having a store next door was fantastic. It allowed us to purchase snacks and drinks without having to find a major store. The neighborhood is quiet, well kept and there were no security concerns. It is close enough to the highway to get to places quickly and yet far enough away from the highway to not have to deal with the highway noise.Our girls thoroughly enjoyed the game room and all of the games provided! The games were family fun games and it allowed us to create some great memories playing games together!! We would definitely book this place again!

Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
This place is on a busy road in the Barrio , the pictures did not really give the renter an accurate idea as to how small it was , I had to rehang the bathroom door as it was inoperable upon arrival ( would not open or close) , everything in this place is running off multiple extention cords because the electrical is completely outdated , 2 small AC units at opposite ends of the house does not complete central air conditioning system, most of the products in the kitchen were actually expired, a huge musty smell exists throughout . My question is this....does VRBO actually look at these rental properties or just take the owners word as to the condition and acurracy of the property because this is by far the biggest dissapointment we have experienced since using VRBO and extra scrutiny will be used going forward and/or another vacation rental company will be used
