PLEASE NOTE, this is not a party house. Due to an unpleasant experience, NO ONE under the age of 25 is allowed in this house unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Families are welcome, groups of college students are advised to look elsewhere.

NO ONE under the age of 25 is allowed in this house unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Families are welcome. Tenant agrees that the premises will not be occupied by minors unless an adult of 25 years of age or older is present. Noise: Tenant agrees the unreasonable noise or disturbance may result in eviction. No Shoes allowed inside the house. On check out day, 11am, please put all towels and bedsheets in the living room. Smoking: Tobacco and MARIJUANA smoke or use is prohibited and strictly enforced. A $500 cleaning fee will be accessed. Smoking is only allowed outside and Marijuana by state law is only allowed in secured areas (backyard). Care of the Premises: Tenant agrees to promptly notify Owner of any necessary repair. Tenant agrees to return premises to Owner, on expiration of this lease, in good condition. Amazing property

Jorge's home was sparkling clean, no doubt about it. The home just gleamed, top to bottom. He was responsive, hospitable and offered the perfect home for our family. My husband and I, our son in his 30s, wife and two kids and our daughter in her 30s and finance in town to celebrate a wedding of another daughter I highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay with family

My family of six stayed there for a nearby wedding. It is in a lovely location and close to everything (Historic Littleton for places to eat, Ken Caryl Wedding Venue, Target, etc.). The house was very roomy and had lots of space for people to have their own downtime. Please note that two bedrooms upstairs share a Jack/Jill bathroom which was a bit more complicated due to gender. I believe the only thing I would recommend is more bath linens (Hand, body, wash, shower mat). They were very limited for 6 people. Other than that, we had an amazing time at this house and glad to have stayed there. Thank you!

Great Place in Southern Denver area

This place is beautiful. Well equipped and appointed. Very convenient to anything on the south and south west (ie Red Rocks) of Denver. House has tile and wood floors so take off tour shoes (might be a bit chilly in mid winter, but was very nice in early Oct). Great kitchen, very cozy sofa for TV viewing. And, bonus, there is an office area to put all the need electronics and to work (always need a day of work ...). Only downside is that is 30 mins to downtown Denver, and similar timing to Tech Center. But if those locations aren't your goal, this is a really great choice!

Wedding preparations

Mother and father of the bride plus other family stayed here for wedding at the Manor House. Mix of TV devices confusing could not get utube TV upstairs or do live tv difficult upstairs. It was a Roku device we are unfamiliar. Some of downstairs furniture cheap broken. Not enough wash cloths, not sure why plenty of towels. Sheets left in the dryer. These are specific complaints. Overall I would definitely vacation here again or use for a wedding event. The main bathroom is wierdly huge and great mirror. Lots of prep room. Great host. Great location and Chinese Moon Massage close by is great!!!!

It took us five days to get advertised TV. Never got the advertised garage door opener. It was hot in July and we had to buy fans as the upstairs got hot at night and there are NO ceiling fans in the house. We had to buy bath mats for all the bathrooms as well as laundry detergent and shower gel. The master closet was locked so our clothes hung in the bathroom on a open shelving unit. The outside area is huge but full of weeds and the fire pit had broken and loose stones. The grill worked for three meals and then the gas ran out and the extra gas was empty. The covering over the table area had wires hanging down and took two family members to get it pulled out to cover the area. This house needs love. Kitchen is well staffed and everything worked. And it was clean. Also a safe neighborhood and one that is convenient to that side of Denver. This was an expensive rental with an owner in Europe which added to the difficulty.

We enjoyed our stay in Littleton at this rental property. The location worked perfect for our concert at Red Rocks. I think we were home in less than 20 minutes leaving the parking lot. The check in process worked well. The bedrooms were great. The home is located in a very quiet suburban neighborhood. We would consider staying there again when traveling to another concert.We also highly recommended eating at Angelo’s/Carboy restaurant for dinner and Lake House for lunch.

Littleton stay

This home is just what we needed. We were in town for my son’s wedding. We were able to sleep 8 of us easily. The home was roomy and very well equipped, kitchen wise. The backyard was perfect for my two little grandchildren. We happened to pick a very hot week, and we did need to buy 3 small fans for the bedrooms upstairs. The AC couldn’t handle 96 degree heat. 6/10 Average At Best We were really looking forward to our stay based on the listing photos, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t match up. What appeared clean, bright, and well-kept online was the opposite. The front lawn was overgrown when we arrived, giving the entire place an unkempt feel right from the start - although, after we reached out, it was eventually partially cut, two days after we arrived. I am simply blown away at some of the reviews claiming the house was exactly as listed - something must have changed from then until now. Inside, it seemed like somebody was living there Tuesday, rushed through a basic clean, and gave it to us on Wednesday before finishing. The dryer still had sheets in it. Surfaces were dusty, the top of the fridge hadn’t been dusted/cleaned in what looked like years, very long spider webs on the window above the front door, floors needed a good cleaning (our feet were dirty from walking in the house), window curtains were damaged, there was a broken window, window shades were inoperable (specifically in a bedroom, which is unacceptable). To make matters worse, there weren’t enough towels provided for our group, which is just basic hospitality. Some of the towels had blue stains on them and pillow cases had black stains on them. Nothing in the back yard was setup (far different than the photos). All furniture was pushed to the side. One of the grills was falling ap
