PLEASE NOTE, this is not a party house. Due to an unpleasant experience, NO ONE under the age of 25 is allowed in this house unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Families are welcome, groups of college students are advised to look elsewhere.

Tours are available at the Coors Brewery as well as at numerous historic sites dating from pioneer days.

NO ONE under the age of 25 is allowed in this house unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Families are welcome. Tenant agrees that the premises will not be occupied by minors unless an adult of 25 years of age or older is present. Noise: Tenant agrees the unreasonable noise or disturbance may result in eviction. No Shoes allowed inside the house. On check out day, 11am, please put all towels and bedsheets in the living room. Smoking: Tobacco and MARIJUANA smoke or use is prohibited and strictly enforced. A $500 cleaning fee will be accessed. Smoking is only allowed outside and Marijuana by state law is only allowed in secured areas (backyard). Care of the Premises: Tenant agrees to promptly notify Owner of any necessary repair. This Littleton VRBO was anything but little.

This luxury VRBO was everything it claimed to be. Spacious, clean, and a great location for going to the Red Rocks. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect for our vacation

This property was perfect for our needs! The interior was spacious. I liked that there were three and a half bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had lots of room to spread out. The property could use a little TLC, but this did not negatively impact our stay at all. The location was perfect and very close to family that we were visiting in Littleton. It was just what we were looking for!

Convenient location and great floor plan

Wonderful location for anything in the Denver and Rocky Mountain area. We were there for a concert at Red Rock. The home is very spacious with four bedrooms upstairs and four total bathrooms. Open floorplan downstairs is great for gatherings and comfortable preparation of meals. Communication with the host was flawless. Responded readily with any questions I had with politeness and kindness.

Littleton home

We enjoyed our stay. There were 7 of us. We were there for a family wedding. The accommodations allowed us to spread out . It provided both privacy plus togetherness. It was very clean with a nice atmosphere. We would definitely book this house again if we needed to be in the area. Jorge was a great host who accommodated our needs and always responded immediately.

Lovely Home

My family met up in this area since my daughter & her family live in Littleton and have a new baby. I needed a house for the rest of our family to stay so we could all spend together & explore the area for 5 days. It worked out perfectly for our needs! Perfect place to stay with family

My family of six stayed there for a nearby wedding. It is in a lovely location and close to everything (Historic Littleton for places to eat, Ken Caryl Wedding Venue, Target, etc.). The house was very roomy and had lots of space for people to have their own downtime. Please note that two bedrooms upstairs share a Jack/Jill bathroom which was a bit more complicated due to gender. I believe the only thing I would recommend is more bath linens (Hand, body, wash, shower mat). They were very limited for 6 people. Other than that, we had an amazing time at this house and glad to have stayed there. Thank you!

Wedding preparations

Mother and father of the bride plus other family stayed here for wedding at the Manor House. Mix of TV devices confusing could not get utube TV upstairs or do live tv difficult upstairs. It was a Roku device we are unfamiliar. Some of downstairs furniture cheap broken. Not enough wash cloths, not sure why plenty of towels. Sheets left in the dryer. These are specific complaints. Overall I would definitely vacation here again or use for a wedding event. The main bathroom is wierdly huge and great mirror. Lots of prep room. Great host. Great location and Chinese Moon Massage close by is great!!!!

It took us five days to get advertised TV. Never got the advertised garage door opener. It was hot in July and we had to buy fans as the upstairs got hot at night and there are NO ceiling fans in the house. We had to buy bath mats for all the bathrooms as well as laundry detergent and shower gel. The master closet was locked so our clothes hung in the bathroom on a open shelving unit. The outside area is huge but full of weeds and the fire pit had broken and loose stones. The grill worked for three meals and then the gas ran out and the extra gas was empty. The covering over the table area had wires hanging down and took two family members to get it pulled out to cover the area. This house needs love. Kitchen is well staffed and everything worked. And it was clean. Also a safe neighborhood and one that is convenient to that side of Denver. This was an expensive rental with an owner in Europe which added to the difficulty.

We enjoyed our stay in Littleton at this rental property. The location worked perfect for our concert at Red Rocks. I think we were home in less than 20 minutes leaving the parking lot. The check in process worked well. The bedrooms were great. The home is located in a very quiet suburban neighborhood. We would consider staying there again when traveling to another concert.We also highly recommended eating at Angelo’s/Carboy restaurant for dinner and Lake House for lunch.

My (extended) family stayed for 5 nights and the house was perfect for our needs. We flew into Denver for a wedding near the house. There are plenty of shops and food within easy driving distance. Our furthest excursion was Garden of the Gods which was about an hour away.The 3.5 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. We utilized the kitchen, both living rooms, laundry, and the outdoor patio. The kitchen was well stocked so we didn’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal. The host was very communicative leading up to the trip and when I reached out while we were there.I would recommend packing slippers with grips for the hardwood flooring. And ear plugs if you’re not all on the same sleep schedule. Neighborhood was very quiet - just some squeaky floors and not much carpet to absorb sound. We would definitely stay here again!
