If you’re looking for a quaint, beautiful, clean place to stay this is it!!! I can not say enough about the entire experience of our stay. The outdoor space was a huge bonus and a great place to have ur morning coffee and night cap. If you appreciate attention to detail and lots of extra perks, this is the place you will find it!!!

The Duncan House was the perfect place for us as we visited the area to meet our new granddaughter. We loved everything about it. Plan on coming back in the future! We cooked several meals and had everything we needed (except measuring spoons).

My husband and I just concluded our visit to downtown Littleton and visiting our grown children. We stayed at Duncan House. The visit couldn’t have gone any better. The photos and description were spot on. The outdoor living area had as much impact on our stay as did the interior of Duncan House. All was tastefully decorated with comfort and traffic patterns kept in mind. We walked to Main Street everyday and some days multi-times. I did have to work occasionally and the internet access and speed were greatCommunication with the owners was easy and timely. This property is worth the price. Would absolutely stay at Duncan House again.
