By day, spread out in bright open spaces; by night, the string-lit patio becomes a backyard mini-resort: soak in the hot tub, gather at the firepit, and stream movies on the outdoor cinema—visible from the patio, hot tub, and firepit. Challenge friends to ping pong, cornhole, or life-size chess!

Central location between Fort Worth and Dallas. Denton downtown a lot of fun family friendly place.

Place was nice the neighborhood was very quiet and nice.

Well kept and close to UNT

I came to Denton with my daughter and her friend. My daughter is a student at UNT and we were there to move her into a new apartment next to campus. This house is very conveniently located just a few minutes from school. It is immaculately clean and the neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Property Manager

I recently stayed at a lovely accommodation and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space it offered. The interior design was quite cute, modern, and very comfortable. Additionally, the property had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. What really impressed me was the responsiveness and helpfulness of the property manager. They were always there when I needed them and made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Super Comfortable and Convenient

The house was very cute, comfortable, and very representative of the VRBO pictures. The beds were very comfortable and easy to get a full night's sleep. The kitchen/bathrooms are modern/updated, clean and and bright. The TVs have all possible viewing options. Off street parking is available in front of the property. A very high end washer/dryer are available on site. There is easy access to major highways. And James, the property manager was amazing. He was always readily available through the VRBO app or email,and always responded immediately. Our stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend the property for anyone visiting that area of Dallas/Denton for the comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The backyard was so cute! Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy any of the fun activities provided as we were in town for a wedding. The location was great!

Perfect In Every Way

We stayed for a graduation. James was super responsive and helpful. The property was extremely clean and exactly as described. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone looking to stay in Denton.

Very clean and nice home

We did enjoy our stay but there was an incident of gun violence across the street from the house. Hopefully this was only rare occasion because upon arrival the neighborhood looked very peaceful and safe.
