Pro: property manager was easy to get a hold of and communicate with at first. Cons: property not accurately described. Property was clearly under construction process or updates as there paint chips everywhere, mold in bathroom, front door wouldn’t close properly. Is very run down but maybe work in progress. Wish would have known and been properly informed.
