Guests of this cozy three bedroom Dennisport cottage will enjoy the use of Oak Street shared private beach (.3 miles away)! Amenities include stack washer and dryer in the eat in kitchen, cable flat screen TV, WiFi and air conditioning split units in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen to keep you cool on those hot summer days! Nice yard with enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, patio table and chairs.

Conveniently located near Woolfie's bakery, The Pelham House Restaurant, Southside Cantina, Chapin's Restaurant and Cleat and Anchor.

Cape beach trip 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our rental at 7 Oak Street. Conveniently located close to the private beach on oak street was key- we were able to walk to the beach everyday with our little one, and walk back home in time for nap time! Perfect for our family of 3 and definitely room for another 2 more adults if needed. Fully stocked kitchen which helped saved money instead of eating out every day. We loved the backyard because it was fenced in- gave us peace of mind with a toddler running around. Overall, a great house for a small family. Would 100% recommend!

Perfect Getaway

This house was perfect for my family - walking distance to not only a private beach but restaurants, the best bakery on the Cape, and an awesome deli to just name a few. It was everything we could have hoped for and more out of a Cape Cod vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect for our family, 3 crazy kids with a fenced in backyard...yes please!!! Keurig and regular pot available plus all utensils/pantry. Short walk to a beautiful beach...via stairs. Will definitely stay again!
