Nice place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice place and had good beds etc. Just be aware that there are no views of the beach from the unit. You look out into the car park and people look into the kitchen and living room.

Bed bugs, cockroaches, spiders, other insects, no toilet paper, no coffee, no bedding, no trash bags, no paper towels, terrible beds, terrible pillows, no good. This is the first time we had to abandon our stay and pay the full rental, but honestly, it was worth it. This place is terrible.

The condo was clean and very well decorated which made us feel like we were at the beach. There was more than enough room very comfortable. It was stocked with kitchen dishes and everything we needed to cook. We did need to contact the realty regarding a few small issues and it was taken care right away! We are already planning next year’s two weeks🏖

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice, no washer dryer, which we knew before we rented and no linens we also knew, made for a lot of laundry! Would recommend a washer dryer to upgrade the place. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, steps to the private beach. Disappointments - the AC in one of the bedrooms was not working, but, the maintenance staff brought a window unit promptly. The pool and hot tub were not open - no notice for this, and we chose this condo for its pool option! Very disappointing.

Girls Getaway

Great location to beach, restaurants, stores. Very very clean and well appointed. The only thing that were a little messy were some throw rugs. But, it does not have an oven if you are interested in baking. Just remember this rental does not come with linens. So such things as dish towels and bath mats are not there. We had to go out and buy. There are no fans, ceiling or floor and our air was not working. They could not be repaired because they were waiting on parts. No fault of managers, but having a couple fans would have been nice. And no washer and dryer.

Disappointing Stay

When I inquired about staying at the property, I explained that we needed an end unit with an ocean view so that my 92 year-old, generally immobile father would be able to experience it. However, we arrived at the complex to find that we were assigned to a center unit with a view of the parking lot. The unit itself could be lovely but it needs deep cleaning regularly - not superficial cleaning. Windows, blinds, and floors were so filthy that we washed them since we had to stay there. In the living room is a black swivel chair that is upholstered in leather/pleather that quite literally crumbles to bits and pieces and stick to and stain your clothes if you so much as brush against it. The bed in one of the two bedrooms collapsed as we were attempting to put linens on it. We called the property manager who was very apologetic. They called back and said that a maintenance service had been dispatched and would be at the unit soon. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive until 8 pm or so, but they were professional, friendly, and repaired the bed frame. It was 8:50 p.m. when they left. We hadn't eaten dinner yet and most restaurants in the immediate area close around 9 p.m. We learned that Stop&Shop closed at 10 pm, so we rushed there to pick up a few deli sandwiches. All this occurred on day one of our 5-night stay. I don't have enough character space left here to summarize the rest of our stay, which wasn't much better.

Great location, pretty beach very close by

Reviewer Comments: This is a perfect location because it is mid Cape and you can either go north to Provincetown or west to Woods Hole to visit Martha’s Vineyard. Also, a great location because the beach is literally a few steps away. Plenty of seating with a great view of the Nantucket Sound. Private beach. Clean condo. We loved that each room had its own bathroom. My only complaint is there was not enough paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels. We were aware that linen was needed.

We loved that the beach was a few steps away! We loved that there was a “patio” overlooking the beach. We brought our corn hole. The only downside was that the pool and the hot tub were out of order. We would definitely rent here again!

Reviewer Comments: Although we've rented other units in this complex in the past and we are very familiar with the layout and the locale we were disappointed that this unit didn't have a washer and dryer. However, the biggest disappointment was the fact that there was a problem with the gas line to the building and for the last 3 days of our stay we had no hot water and no use of the stove. There also seemed to be no sign of anyone working on the problem. We were also told by another unit owner that the owner of the entire building has been very non responsive to complaints in the past. This is certainly something that needs to be addressed.
