  • This bright and cheerfully decorated home is located in desirable Dennisport neighborhood along Nantucket Sound. Only .3 miles to Glendon Road Beach! Meticulously maintained both inside and out. Beautifully landscaped exterior with grassy lawn, side deck and stone patio! This full open layout boasts hardwood floors throughout, central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, WiFi, dishwasher, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower just to name a few.

    Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

Good spot for the money

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Relaxing with a fire pit in the back. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation. House was very clean, neat, well equipped. Close to everything, walked to many restaurants and the beach. Central AC and washer dryer were a nice touch also. Would definitely rent again. Check in and checkout were both seamless. Thank you for a great week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about this home! It was perfect for our family get away. We would definitely rent again. Since it was the end of the season a few things need to be checked on or fixed/ replaced. The dryer did not work. The grill was full of grease. Ceiling fans needed needed to be dusted.

Neat clean home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay on Glendon Rd. The house seems to have been completely remodeled and is in excellent shape. The backyard is fenced in and very roomy. The interior was extremely clean. The house is a 6 minute walk to the beach. As an FYI, there is no beach equipment on the premises.The outdoor shower is clean and located on concrete and was a welcome addition over the slightly slippery tub in the house. Seating around the outdoor dining table was comfortable and we enjoyed the clean grill and firepit. Inside seating on the couch was comfortable. The inside dining table is a picnic table and benches, so you may have an aching back after sitting there for awhile. Two suggestions for the owners: add some slip-prevention strips to the tub and perhaps add chairs to the dining table.Overall, we enjoyed the house and had an excellent stay!

No one wanted to leave this Cape Cod cottage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The quality renovations did not go unnoticed. Gleaming wood floors (albeit original because the floor slanted a little, lol), open floor plan, granite counter tops and top of the line appliances. Plenty of space for the whole family. Central AC was so nice! Enjoyed many means in the outdoor dining area. Loved the outdoor shower! Beautiful patio - enjoyed making s’mores under the stars. Only thing is the head of the bed in the master needs to be raised a little to compensate for the slant in the floor to make it even. I wish it were a quarter mile closer to the beach but the half mile walk to the beach helped me burn off the extra calories from visiting Sundae School, the Dog House, Joey’s Pizza, Swan River Seafood Restaurant and the Cleat & Anchor. I could retire at this beautiful property! No one wanted our vacation to end. Thank you to the owners for sharing your little piece of heaven.
