New Sunroom Addition! Beautiful, Peaceful mornings with the birds and bunnies! NO SMOKING cottage, with 2 spacious bedroom house with a large fenced and private backyard. Newly added Central Air conditioning. 1/2 mile easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop, local restaurants, and ice cream, all within an easy walk. Outdoor shower, patio, and driveway. Comfy, cozy and well located. Freshly updated bathroom and kitchen. This is a family friendly neighborhood without heavy traffic. 10 minutes from the Dennis exit 78A, near the Stop and Shop plaza. Bike trails and kayaking with an easy drive. Plenty of privacy and elbow room. All varieties of beaches available. National Seashore is a short drive. Fully fenced in yard. This is a non-smoking cottage. No more than 2 dogs. I DO NOT RENT THROUGH CRAIGS LIST. THAT IS A SCAM. If you rent through Craig's list, you will have been scammed. My neighbor at 22 Smalls Ave also rents. Plan a family or friend week.

Chris' cottage is our go to when visiting Cape Cod. This was our 3rd stay. With the new sunroom and great outdoor patio it is even better than the first 2 stays. Chris is welcoming and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable pet-friendly home. It was just right for us and our dogs. The dogs loved playing in the backyard and we enjoyed relaxing by the fire. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Cozy cottage in quiet neighborhood

Cozy little Cape in a quiet neighborhood a 15 min walk from the beach. There’s not a ton of shops or restaurants in the nearby town but we enjoyed it as a home base for exploring the area

Cozy, great location

Love the Sun Room!

This is the second year we stayed here and we love it. Such a cute place on a lovely (and quiet) residential street. The addition of the sun room is absolutely brilliant… we spent almost all of our time out there. Just really cozy and fun!

We liked Chris' cottage so much last year, we booked it again this year. Perfect for us and our little dog. Super clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Mid-Cape makes it convenient to all Cape Cod has to offer. Two thumbs way up!

Just perfect

My daughter's 2 dogs loved your fenced backyard. The humans were quite content too. The deck is lovely and the location worked well for us. Just sorry the potential storm shortened our stay but our host was incredibly flexible and helpful. Hope to return next fall.

Love it here

Beautiful Cape home with a new bathroom and awesome sun room. Pretty fenced in yard for our dogs. Immaculate inside. Close to the beach and activities. I have already rented again for next year. I would only change two things. The cameras on the property and the Queen mattress. Owner shuts the cameras off when you arrive but awkward knowing you could be on Big Brother. We are respectful renters so just ignored them .Had A beautiful vacation and love the property!!!

Cozy Residential

This property was as advertised and was perfect for us (3 adults plus one small dog). It is located in a quiet residential area, but is only 1/4 mile from Dennis Port, and about 1/2 mile from the ocean. For us, this was perfect, as both are an easy walk away. The home has an open layout, making it seem spacious. A number of nice upgrades have been made in the bathroom, living room, and kitchen, making an older home feel quite modern. The back yard, back deck and grill expand the living area significantly. Best thing I can say is: We have every intention of renting it again!
