Each bedroom and the living room offers a TV for those rare rainy days (cable in living room, streaming only in bedrooms). The private back patio space is perfect for your summer BBQ, including a gas grill.

Positioned right in the heart of Dennisport, this home is perfectly placed to give you access to numerous local favorite spots. Take a quick drive down Lower County Road and you will find Sundae School Ice Cream, Dog House and the Wee Packet. Other close by beaches along Nantucket Sound include Glendon Road Beach, South Village Beach and West Dennis beach right down the road.

Reviewer Comments: We have rented this property for several years now, and it has never let us down. It's perfect for a summer family vacation. The only thing i would say is whoever cleans the inside after each client stays uses a very sticky product. The kitchen chairs and table were very sticky. The table and chairs are wood and the product they use may not be a wood cleaner.
