Pond View~ Abuts conservation and walking trails. There is fishing at the pond

Come nestle yourself in this like brand new colonial with farmer's porch. Enjoy the view of the pond while sitting on the porch having your morning coffee while reading the daily paper. Or take a walk along the abutting nature trails which lead along the pond and abut a golf course and conservation land. Enjoy a canoe ride and fishing on the pond or one may wish to swim to the beach on the other side. In season blueberry picking and catching polliwogs are a favorite. Located near 6A there are many fine restaurants to enjoy as well as the famous Cape Playhouse and Scargo Tower. Enjoy golfing, antique shops, shopping and the quaint village of Dennis with its many many beaches. We are on the bayside and favoring Mayflower Beach as a family favorite, Corporation Beach for its breathtaking sunsets.

The house was brilliant. Really well set up for families, everything you needed from books to cot, high chair and kid friendly bowls/spoons. The stocked coffee machine was really appreciated too! We were 1 minute from the fantastic ‘pond’ that was glorious to swim in. Right in the heart of cape cod so nothing was that far away. If we didn’t have to cross the Atlantic again to come back next fall we would in an instant!

Gorgeous location and spacious property

The Seagulls Nest is a stunning property that made us feel right at home, and perfect for families. Everything we needed for a baby and toddler, and ourselves, was there. Great location in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

We couldn’t have picked a better spot to stay for my cousins wedding. Central to everyplace we needed to be, quiet, and had anything we could possibly need. Would love to come back for a longer visit sometime.

Family get away

We enjoyed the seagulls nest. It is in the middle of a lot of great beaches. Close to everything you need to have a good time. The lake does not have a sitting place which was disappointing but thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

This was the perfect cozy spot for a winter getaway. The fireplace lights with a switch and instantly warms the whole area. This owner has everything you ever needed, and the decor is so pretty. Two thumbs up for the Swagulls Neat!

We used our canoe on the pond and walked around the trail. We enjoyed the firepit as a family and celebrated my birthday. Quick drive to Corporation Beach and Captain Frosty’s. Well equipped accommodations.

A lovely cape cod retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting the area from the U.K for the first time and found the house to be fantastic; well equipped and a great base to explore the cape. We used the beach buggy, towels and chairs to visit nearby Mayflower Beach. A tip - visit for the sunset, and free parking after 5pm. My only regret is that we only stayed 5 nights.

Perfect spot in Mid Cape...a quiet neighborhood close to beaches and bike/walking trails. The home is well equipped and Louise, the host, is wonderful and easy to communicate with. This was not our first stay, nor will it be our last...can't wait for our next es-cape!

We had a wonderful stay at The Seagull Nest

The home was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Although, we didn’t need the beach supplies available to us, it was nice to see that those were there.The lake and walking trail nearby were peaceful and we thought the location was convenient for checking out the different areas of the Cape. We would definitely recommend staying in this home and would do so again. Thank you for having us!
