Good for money 4 stars hotel, for 5 stars need to do some improvements

Bagzhol (one of the waiters) was amazing and very helpful.He was very aware and even before asking was always ready to refill our water,bring us drinks and take our plates.He was very observant.

Tips for Families with small kids: I have seen many resorts in Antalya (+ Lara) and I say Concorde is the best one among all of them for families with small kids. And here is why: Everything in Concorde resort is designed in way that is suitable for families with kids. They have indoor and outdoor play area and a play house you can safely leave kids unattended because they have professional staff caring your little ones. They have concerts and baby disco everynight so there is no worry about kids. Most people here are families with kids so you don't feel unattached to other guests as they are just like you, and all guests"understand" you when kids do something wrong. It is really important. For example if your kid drop a fork in Rixxos restaurant, every other guests would look at you like they think your kid is disturbing their peace; but in Concorde all guests and staffs are highly educated and understand difficulty of kids and most have their own here. Btw, the main restaurant has special place for kids with special menu so your little one will enjoy a specially design corner with other kids on chairs and tables which are suitable for them, (other resorts just put a high chair, but Concorde specifically designed Charis tables even buffets and dishes for children). If you have a kid around 3~ 13 yo, don't miss the Concorde. I had many many experience and this one is the best among all Even they have small stage in front of bar to facilitate kids provide their orders

Our recent stay at IC RESIDENCES all-inclusive resort in Lara, Antalya, was fantastic. From the moment we booked, the service was flawless, with pre-arranged VIP transport to and from the airport, complete with a luxurious vehicle and even packed lunches for our return journey. This thoughtful service, combined with seamless check-in and a warm welcome, set the tone for our stay. The resort itself was stunning. Our spacious, modern villa had access to a private pool and was impeccably maintained daily. The staff throughout the resort were 10/10 — always respectful, accommodating, and eager to assist. What truly impressed us was the 24/7 buggy service that made navigating the large resort easy, especially with children. Multiple rides a day were provided quickly and with a smile, making our stay more relaxed. Dining was a delight, with varied options at the buffet and à la carte restaurants offering exceptional Turkish and international cuisine. The staff catered to dietary needs, and service was always attentive. The resort’s facilities, including several pools, a private beach, and a luxurious spa, were all well-maintained. Entertainment was lively and fun, with activities for all ages and evening performances. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. The level of care, attention to detail, and quality of service made our vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and couples seeking luxury and ease. The VIP experience is well recommended.

Stayed at Sherwood Exclusive Lara Resort recently and overall, it was an average experience, nothing exceptional, especially compared to other resorts in the Lara area. The property itself feels quite dated. While the location is good, the building and rooms definitely need an upgrade. One of the main issues we faced was the air conditioning in our room, it wasn’t working properly. Despite requesting it to be fixed, no technician ever showed up during our stay. The room would get quite hot, especially in the mornings and sometimes at night, and we had to keep the windows open just to get some airflow. Service was mixed. The general service staff (restaurant, housekeeping, etc.) were actually very helpful and polite, which we appreciated. However, the front desk staff had a noticeable attitude and were not very accommodating, which affected the overall experience. Another major inconvenience was their strict no-cash policy. They do not accept cash at all, which can put you in a difficult situation if your card is lost or not working, something to seriously consider before staying here. Overall, it’s not a terrible place, but compared to other resorts nearby, it falls short in terms of service, maintenance, and flexibility. With a few improvements, it could be much better, but for now, there are definitely stronger options in the same area.
