Worst experience

I don’t know how they are in business. Really terrible service. They kade us change 3rooms because their flush doesn’t work. Atlast gave us a room where the main door doesn’t lock. On top of that they had the audacity to suggest us to block the door with a dresser. Unbelievable 😒

Hiç göründüğü gibi bir otel değil biz ilk geldiğimizde havuz açık dediler biz girdikten sonra çalışan gelip havuz kapalı diyo. Biz sirf bunun için geldiğimizi söyleyip açtılar zor zahmet. Odalar temiz değil genel olarak sorunlu bir otel. Klima çalışmıyor kendine hayrı yok. Çalışanlar birbirlerini haberi yok. Bir daha mi asla gitmem gerçekten çocuğumla çok köyü bir gün geçirdik hee bir de soğuk su yoktu çocuğumu yıkayamadan klorlu suyla uyutmak zorunda kaldım resmen kaynar su akıyordu rezillik hiç tavsiye etmiyorum.😡
