Dave, I apologize for the length of time it took for me to call you. You called on Wednesday and I was not in the office that day. I did take care of this issue on Thursday. I am sorry this happened to you. If I had been in the office the day you called I would've taken care of it that day. We do have new staff and they have learned from their mistake. Please accept my apology and the next time you stay with us I will personally make sure there are no issues.
