Bonita stay B Beach: On the sandy beach, mega views, fiber, A/C, BBQ, pool

This house is perfect for any time of year, especially in the summer. It’s located right on Debeses Beach, north of Denia, Alicante, right on the border with southern Oliva, Valencia. It’s the ideal place to relax—you can walk barefoot to the beach and enjoy a beach with very few people all year round, unwinding to the sound of the waves, taking long walks along the sand, and taking in incredible, unobstructed ocean views from the spacious terrace, which is accessible from two bedrooms. <br>This beach is perfect for windsurfing, kitesurfing, wing foiling, paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkelling; plus, there’s a volleyball net right in front of our house.<br>There’s also a large communal pool for adults and another for children, both open year-round.<br>It’s very well located—just an hour’s drive from the Valencia airport, a 15-minute walk from the Lidl supermarket, and a 40-minute walk from the town of El Verger. The Ondara shopping centre is 11 minutes away, Oliva is 15 minutes away, and the port of Denia is a 20-minute drive away. There will always be a couple of bicycles at the house so you can enjoy rides in this completely flat area.<br>This townhouse has 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It features an access ramp, and one bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor, making it accessible for people with limited mobility. There are no steps to enter the house or to reach the beach. <br>On the ground floor, there are also two porches, each with its own small garden so you can always enjoy the sun. One opens onto a small lawned garden with direct access to the community pool and the beach, while the other is more like a patio with a barbecue and outdoor shower—this is the main entrance to the house.<br>Upstairs, there are three bedrooms—two of which overlook the sea from a wonderful terrace, while the third is an attic room that’s a fun place for the kids to sleep. There’s also a full bathroom with a bathtub. <br>Well-equipped, with air conditioning in every room—cool air for summer and warm air for winter— plus fans in all bedrooms, the living room, dining room, and porches; a brand-new fireplace with a fan to circulate the warm air and provide quick heating; and hot-air heating in every room, including the bathrooms. We also have portable oil-filled radiators available if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: dishwasher, washer-dryer, large refrigerator, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, toaster, kettle, blender, standard capsule coffee maker, beautiful tableware and a complete set of high-quality cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, a WMF stainless steel cookware set, and some excellent frying pans—you’ll feel right at home.<br>The furnishings are also plentiful; there are different seating areas on each of the porches, the terrace with ocean views, and the living room, as well as various tables and chairs for dining inside the house, on the porches, and on the terrace. <br>In the summer, having an exclusive covered parking space is very convenient.
