The villa is divided on two floors, on the upper main floor there is a beautiful and bright living-dining room with wood burning fireplace, air conditioning and gas radiators. Right next to it is the open plan fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven with integrated microwave function, ceramic hob and much more.... From the living room you have direct access to the upper covered terrace. From here you reach the pool area and the beautiful garden via a direct staircase. Two bedrooms with air conditioning hot/cold and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the second one with shower. They are also located on the main upper floor. Through the living room via an internal staircase you reach the ground floor. There is a spacious bedroom with air conditioning hot/cold and with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor you will also find a large built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, and also the laundry room with washing machine, there is even a second fridge for cold drinks in summer.
The house is also suitable for the winter, as it has a good gas central heating (gas bottles), so nothing stands in the way of a "cold" winter.

On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter, and we will write down the reading and on the day of departure the same.

We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.
