Wonderful and comfortable villa with private pool in Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain for 6 people. The house is situated in a residential beach area, close to a tennis court, 3 km from Las Marinas, Denia beach and 5 km from Xàbia. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers privacy, a garden with trees, wonderful views of the sea and beautiful views of the mountains. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, sports activities, places to go out, sights and culture make this a fine villa to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends.

Séjour exceptionnel entre amis pour un long week-end golfique ! La villa, perchée sur les hauteurs du Montgo, offre une vue panoramique à couper le souffle : d’un côté la mer, le port et même le château de Dénia, de l’autre le majestueux Montgo. Aucun vis-à-vis, un vrai luxe rare, permettant de profiter pleinement de la piscine en toute liberté. L’emplacement est idéal : à 15 minutes de la Marina de Javea et à peine plus jusqu'à l'Arenal et 15 min des plages de sable de Las Marinas du côté de Dénia, et à seulement 5 minutes du centre animé de Dénia et de ses excellents restaurants gastronomiques. Pour les amateurs de golf, la situation est parfaite pour rayonner facilement sur les cinq parcours de la région. La villa est calme, spacieuse et confortable, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de golf avant une soirée entre amis. Tout simplement parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
