  • Beautiful fully renovated apartment located on km 4.8 of las Marinas, 400m from the sandy beach, in a small development with communal pool.
    2nd floor with elevator, it is composed of 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, open kitchen, living room containing a large double sofer bed, bathroom with shower and a terrace of 4,56 m² with awnings and views of Montgó. The apartment is in excellently equipped with air conditioning cold/heat and is fully furnished for a holiday. There is also a parking private within the development.
    Beside a pharmacy and the bus stop, close to restaurants and 300 m from the Consum supermarket and low cost petroleum station.
