I have visited this apartment a few times and I like the space and facilities it offers. It is a 30 minute walk into the centre of town but there are plenty of nearby restaurants if you want a shorter walk. It has good outside space, decent interior, easy parking and very peaceful.

This is a great peaceful property in a well maintained accommodation block. It is a 30 minute walk into the town centre which is fine by me. If you do not fancy the walk, then there are restaurants within a few minutes walk away. Parking is good and under cover. This is our second visit and I am sure we will be back next year.
La casa es muy amplia y completa. Hemos echado en falta algún mantel para la mesa de fuera que es de madera y se ensucia bastante. En las fotos se ve una sombrilla que luego no está y que nos indicaron que el propietario había quitado, creo que se debería indicar en la descripción o hacer nuevas fotos para evitar confusión... Pedimos dos tronas pero no tienen bandeja, con lo cual solo es una silla alta... Para nosotros que viajábamos con dos bebés, no tener las bandejas nos ha entorpecido bastante que pudieran comer solas sin que se les cayera la comida...
Por lo demás todo genial, la zona es muy silenciosa, la piscina amplia, con sombra, pocos vecinos... Muy cómoda. La mitad de la piscina es la parte infantil y es bastante profunda para que puedan jugar. A 5 min andando de la playa, tranquila, muy llana, perfecta para que los niños jueguen.

This is a good property to rent. The property ...
This is a good property to rent. The property is north facing which means that the interior remains at low temperature even during the heat of the day. The veranda is large enough to give you plenty sun bathing space even although it is north facing. There is also an awning to give additional shade. It is fairly private and peaceful and overlooks neighbours gardens rather than the street. Air conditioning is very good. Location is good with the walk into the centre of town taking about 30 minutes. There are quite a few restaurants on your door step if you do not want to go into the centre of town.
Repetimos este fabuloso apartamento con terraza con hamacas, barbacoa, comedor…la decoración y limpieza del oído es excelente; la cocina equipadisima. Muchas toallas de baño, sillas para la playa, todo perfecto! La urbanización tranquila, muy bien cuidada. A 5 min andando de la playa y de un Aldi. La agencia muy amables y preocupados.
La casa esta en perfectas condiciones, la terraza es super tranquila, da a una zona muy verde sin carreteras. La unica pega es que la dejaron “demasiado limpia”. Tuvimos que comprar desde sal, pastillas del lavaplatos, detergente de la lavadora.. cosas que debería haber tenido la casa para habitarla en condiciones normales. Por lo demas, el chico que nos dio las llaves es un encanto, nos resolvió un pequeño problema con los plomos de la luz muy rapido. Todo muy bien, ha sido una estancia muy agradable.

El apartamento esta perfecto para disfrutar ...
El apartamento esta perfecto para disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones. Con suficiente espacio interior y exterior y el equipamiento es muy completo tanto en menaje cocina como en ropa de cama y baño. (i.e. habia toallas y sillas para la playa). La terraza es magnifica y amplia para poder disfrutar perfectamente de un buen ambiente vacacional y degustar agradablemente las comidas a cualquier hora. El entorno de la urbanizacion es muy agradable y esta muy cerca de la playa y la ciudad. un paseito. Hay buenos restaurantes cerca y un supermercado. En general salimos muy satisfechos tanto con la agencia como con el apartamento en si.
