For shared use: swimming pool (35 x 30 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, slide, children's playground, public car park. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bar, café 300 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, tennis 2 km. Please note: no lift.
4-room terraced house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio and electric heating. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Exit to the terrace. Maison propre mais une seule pièce climatisée !

Peut on sérieusement louer une maison de 3 chambres avec 1 seule chambre climatisée ?! C'est denia, pas bilbao... extérieur très bruyant : chiens qui aboient toute la nuit, coq, ... enfin la residence n a plus de club et supermarché. dommage, le reste est conforme, la maison était propre et bien aménagée.
