Bungalow in Denia 3 minutes from the beach with air-conditioning

This beautiful Bungalow is located 100 metres from Las Marinas beach, with a private garden and direct access to the communal swimming pool.

The chalet is located in the Puerto Azul urbanisation, a small and very quiet residential complex. The house has a living/dining room with air conditioning and TV, with access to the private terrace and garden. In the garden, guests have sunbeds, table and chairs, to enjoy the space. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Next to the kitchen are the two bedrooms, both with two single beds of 90cm together, with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Next to the bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower.

It has a private parking space within the house's plot.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
