Hotel room is terrible, it’s old, smelly, stay elsewhere. Breakfast is also not great, one big dish of scrambled eggs and that’s it from hot food. WiFi does not work, tried to work on laptop and without success. Staff is nice and helpful. The price is ridiculous for place like this!

The hotel was really good for the price. The service was amazing, the personnel helped whenever there was an issue. For example we needed extra towels to go to the beach and got them without a problem. Also the cleaning service did a good job. The room was tidied every day. However, the room itself was rather dark, especially the bathroom. From the hotel you can go everywhere you need in 10 minutes or less by bike. The bike in general seems to be more practical to move around Den Helder as tourist attractions (like the ferry to Texel) are frequented a lot by cars.

Super fun family hotel

They where so welcoming and helpfull. We where so sorry for just staying 2 nights. We didnt even want to go to amsterdam, the hotel had so much fun to do and th surroundings.

Old Hotel, low services, poor heater in the Room, bath room to be renew quickly, dirty Carpet, Poor breakfast ... so many negatives !!! Positives ... easy parking, available bowling, possibility to have dinner (even if it's not high quality) Conclusion: need to be closed for Months and totally refresh

Température dans la chambre ne dépassant pas les 14 degrés, le chauffage n’était même pas allumé à mon arrivée D’autre part, une souris se promenait tranquillement dans le restaurant, laissant un doute quand a l’hygiène de l’établissement.

Het personeel van Hotel Den Helder is bijzonder vriendelijk en enthousiast! Er waren fietsen te huur en de bowlingbaan geeft de gelegenheid om ‘scavibds nog een balletje te gooien. De staat van het hotel moet je op de koop toenemen.De zee is op 7 minuten fietsen .

Personeel is heel vriendelijk en service gericht! Ontbijt is prima. Hotelkamers zijn sober maar wel echt schoon! Het is er wel erg gehorig. En eigenlijk is het hele hotel gedateerd. Om bij de hotelkamers te komen moet je dwars door de bowling baan. De bowlingbaan geeft erg veel lawaai. 1 van de redenen wasrom wij er niet wilden dineren.

Hotel was niet ver van het centrum maar ook wel op een rustig plek. Ook niet ver van de snelweg. En niet ver van vertrek punt van de ferry naar Texel

Hotel is in de jaren 70 blijven hangen. Inderdaad door de bowlingbaan naar je kamer. Personeel totaal niet flexibel. Ontvangst was alles behalve vriendelijk. Altijd het laatste woord willen hebben. Opmerkingen zoals ga eerst maar even door Den Helder lopen, want de kamer is nog niet klaar, raakte kant nog wal. Verder werd de koffie op de kamer niet aangevuld en alleen de handdoeken vernieuwd. bed niet recht getrokken oid. Na het douchen moest je met een schoolslag naar de kamer. Water gaat alle kanten op. Douchestang los enz. Gewoon alles zwaar gedateerd. Geen aanrader!!!

Stort, rent och trevligt läge.

Ett något udda hotell inrymt i en stor anläggning med Bowling och rymligt inomhusatrium där de har då det är lågsäsong. Rymliga rum och välstädat. Det var varmt när vi var där, men svalt i rummet. Vi hade hund med oss och kunde inte använda balkongen för att den skulle lätt skulle ta sig in på balkongrannar för att leta mat. Omgivningen är trevlig med stranden på 2,5km promenadavstånd. Restaurangen provade vi en kväll, men var inte imponerade.

Het is wat gedateerd de kamers en opzet , vloerbedekking is niet meest schone/netste maar het voldoet . Rustig gebied her en der wat rumoer van de bowlingbaan maar dat is na 23.00 wel klaar dus niks verkeerd aan. Sanitair kan een opfrissertje gebruiken maar alles werkt en is schoon dus prima 👌
