Unexpected Romantic Hideaway in The Netherlands
We enjoyed the cottage immensely. We have stayed close by numerous times in the past three decades and wish we had discovered it before now.

Compact but functional.
Everything you need is here. Private and a lovely pool. Very quiet. The only small drawback is that the fridge is in another room but just a few feet away so it's a minor inconvenience. Dirk and Livia were extremely welcoming and accomodating.

Thank you for the Nice review. The advantage of placing the fridge outside the room is that you don’t have noise.

Amazing area to stay in
We loved staying at the pool house! The amenities were perfect and it was a great experience for us! We walked down to the grocery store and cooked dinner every night. There is a national park meters away from the house and we enjoyed amazing afternoon walks through the woods. We were able to rent bikes close by and spent a day riding and enjoying the country views. Would definitely recommended this place for a couple looking to get away for some time. Diderik and Ellen were amazing hosts and super helpful with any questions we had about the area and things to do. We spent some time in Soest horseback riding and we loved it. We will definitely be back!

We had wonderful, relaxing holiday and would love to revisit in the future .
My husband and I had a wonderful 10 day holiday in Holland the cottage and area exceeded all our expectations, From the minute we arrived the owners made us feel so welcome such a lovely couple. They showed us the cottage and it was everything we wished for “A little home from home”. The pool was a refreshing bonas after a long day cycling . The area is a great base to cycle and visit the many lovely towns and villages. Diderik and Lidia were always there if we needed advice on restaurants and places to visit. I hope it won’t be too long before we can return .

Cozy and private
We were fortunate to have wonderful weather and so access to a swimming pool was a real plus, though it has no 'shallow end' so could be a problem for some guests. The owners were very welcoming and helpful and made our stay a pleasure. The house itself was comfortable and well equipped, though having some of the kitchen equipment in the outside room could be awkward if the weather was poor. An ice box in the fridge would be helpful. The wifi worked well, and access to Netflix on the tv was a bonus. The location was good, with interesting cities (Utrecht and Amersfoort) nearby, and also wildlife at the Oostvaardersplassen nature reserve.

A quiet peaceful get away.
Plenty of privacy. Comfy bed. Kitchen more suitable for short stays but adequate.. Good shower room and facilities. Clean pool for cooling off.Owners friendly and helpful.. Lots of good cycling paths in the area away from traffic through the woods and heathland. Shops a few minutes away by bike.

Beautiful, cozy, outside of the busyness of town, but yet so conveniently situated.
We really loved this spot! It was clean, contained everything we needed for our stay. It was light, private, warm... perfect. There were several lovely spots to sit outdoors... sun, shade, by the pool, around the table, lounging or otherwise. The hosts were very friendly and very helpful but not intruding into our lives and activities. Would definitely come back!!!

Unsere Woche im Pool House
Wir hatten eine superschöne Woche in dem gemütlichen Häuschen. Der Pool ist klasse! Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir konnten viele schöne Ausflüge von dort unternehmen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Einfach Perfekt
Wenn man ein schönes, ruhiges Tiny House für 2 Personen sucht, dann kann man diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die umliegenden Städte, z.B. Amersfoort und Utrecht, sind per Auto und Bahn in kurzer Zeit sehr gut zu erreichen. Nach Amsterdam braucht man allerdings länger .

Idealer Ort zum Entspannen
Selbst wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt und man nur am Pool sitzen kann, ist das ein Genuss. Die freundlichen und dezenten Gastgeber waren sogar bei der Organisation von Leihfahrrädern hilfreich. Kurzum: wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und kommen gerne wieder!

Super Poolhaus
Der Urlaub in Den Dolder war perfekt, das Poolhaus beherbergt alles was braucht & lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zu vorkommend und super nett. Alles in einem eignet sich das Poolhaus sowie die umgebene Natur, für einen erholsamen & schönen Urlaub. Gerne wieder. 👍🏼

wundervolle Woche
Es handelt sich um ein kleines - für 2 Personen hervorragend geeignetes - Häuschen, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es ist genauso wie beschrieben ... schnuckelig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt was nicht nur an der tollen Unterkunft lag, sondern auch an den beiden sehr liebenswerten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Vielan Dank Livia und Diderik. Kuscheliges Ferienhaus
Hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen in ruhiger Umgebung. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns gute Tipps für Tagesausflüge gaben. Man erreicht Utrecht und Amersfoort hervorragend mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und hat keinen Stress mit Parkplatzsuche. Lage Vuursche am Sonntag muss man mögen ;) Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter. Herzliche Grüße nach Den Dolder!

Gut geeignet zum Relaxen und für Städtetrip
Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die nebenan, aber gut abgetrennt wohnen. Das Haus ist recht klein, aber ausreichend groß und sehr schön eingerichtet und außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool direkt vor der Tür ist super. Zwei Terrassen runden das Ganze zum Relaxen prima ab. Mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Zug kommt man zudem sehr leicht nach Utrecht oder Amersfoort. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön für Fahrradtouren durch Wälder und Polderlandschaften. Also voll zu empfehlen!

Superschönes Poolhaus
Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Es war alles da was man braucht. Das Poolhaus war sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist wundervoll. Wir haben unsere Tage dort sehr genossen. Und morgens wurden wir von Ihrem süßen Hund begrüßt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses Poolhaus sehr weiter.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus zum entspannen
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Diderik! Das regnerische Wetter hat zur gemütlichen Athmosphäre des Poolhauses beigetragen, wie haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, vom Bademantel bis zum Kochfeld war alles vorhanden, was man braucht um es sich gemütlich zu machen. Morgens wurden wir von Dideriks Hühnern und seinem Hund begrüßt. Dieses Häuschen hat eigentlich noch einen Zusatz-Stern verdient:) In der Nähe liegt die kleine Stadt Amersfoort. Sie ist auf jeden Fall ein oder auch mehrere Besuche wert!

Stilvolles Poolhaus in einer ruhigen Umgebung!
Eine tolle Unterkunft für ein paar Tage Urlaub! Das Poolhaus hat eine gute Größe für zwei Personen und ist zudem sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Es gab sogar eine gewissen Grundausstattung, wie z.B. Handtücher, Bademäntel, Trockentücher, Salz und Pfeffer, Kaffee usw. Außerdem gab es kostenloses WLAN und eine Mappe mit verschiedenen Freizeitaktivitäten in der Nähe. Der Pool ist ein weiteres tolles Extra! Klare Empfehlung - wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
