Snowater Condo #38 - A Great Mountain Family Retreat!



This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse-style condo is a wonderful

mountain family retreat! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 2 sets of

standard-sized bunk beds, a 1/2- bath, a fully equipped galley-style kitchen

including a dishwasher, an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, and a

nice little balcony. The 2nd floor features a primary bedroom with 1 king-

sized bed, 1 full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This

monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED

Maximum Occupancy!).

Mountain Adventures/Romantic Getaway



Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the

Nooksack River, which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000

feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full

recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four

tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness

center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, a ping pong

table, and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas, a

children's play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at

the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker

Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and

outdoor opportunities.



The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests

enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,

backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,

whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and

golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing,

snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your

camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service

failures are circumstances that are beyond our control. No refunds are

provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.



**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing

them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions.

They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests
