"The room was clean. The outdoor pool was too cold to use. It would be great to heat the pool when the weather is a little cool. We couldn't go in the poor at all :( The food at the restaurant was excellent."

"Our room was very nice and clean. It was laid out in a practical manner. The staff was nice but you should learn a few Spanish words to get what you need if you stay more than 1 night. Breakfast was good but you had to get there before 0900 and some people don't around that early. Also the cover over the warming dish for the eggs was labeled with a confusing sign over it and the warm eggs didn't get covered so they were cold but still tasted good. Warm is better though. The air conditioning in the room was fine although I like it more like 72 degrees than 63 degrees. I turned ours down and it was very comfortable. The LED light over the microwave started flickering so the attendant on duty scheduled maintenance to tend to it the next day. The maintenance man was very kind and efficient and fixed it with a new lightbulb. It was a comfortable and very enjoyable stay for 3 nights. Thank you!"

"SLUMLORD. Rooms were thrown together horribly, 1/2 the lights didn’t work, the toilet was leaking onto the floor (in an upstairs suite) window in a bathroom that goes to a hallway that can be seen straight into and the window was unlocked when we arrived. I paid 35 dollars for extra parking and came home at 1am with nowhere to park and the vehicle that was already there was completely blocked in. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy"

"I booked 2 rooms. One for my wife and I, and another for our adult daughter who was traveling with us. We had a late check-in after attending an outdoor music festival. We couldn’t wait to get checked in and shower. When we arrived at our room, a shower wasn’t possible because there was no shower curtain on the rod. We called the front desk and were relocated to a new room at the other end of the hotel. How does a well managed hotel overlook something as basic as a missing shower curtain? Also, the in-room coffee maker in our new room did not work. Our daughter’s room was even worse. She had no hot water in the shower. They had no rooms left to move her to, so she had to take a cold shower. Then, she discovered the hairdryer didn’t work, so she had to go to bed with wet hair. Also, several lights in her room did not work. While it wasn’t the desk clerk’s fault, she still could’ve been more helpful. She offered a less than full throated apology and had no solution for any of the problems we encountered. The property manager was not on duty when we checked out this morning when I asked to speak with them, and I had to pry the contact information from her so I could call to discuss our situation on Monday. This hotel appears relatively clean, but it is very poorly maintained and the staff seems to have very little supervision. We paid a LOT of money for these rooms due to the high demand during a peak time. Given the serious deficiencies, we should be refunded our money."
