Escape to our peaceful hidden gem on beautiful Gilkey Lake in Delton, Michigan — the perfect place to relax, fish, and enjoy lake life. This cute and cozy waterfront cottage offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable getaway.

Inside, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms featuring one queen bed and one twin bed, along with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping space. The cottage includes a full bathroom with a shower, plus air conditioning and heat to keep you comfortable in every season.

Step outside and enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water or unwind after a day on the lake around the fire pit under the stars. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining with the patio table and chairs, plus a grill for lakeside cookouts.

Gilkey Lake is great for fishing, relaxing, and soaking in peaceful waterfront views. For even more fun on the water, a small boat with motor is available for an additional $50 fee.

Welcome to our lake cottage! We want every guest to enjoy a relaxing, safe, and memorable stay. Please review and follow the HOUSE RULES below:

1. Guests are responsible for any repair, replacement, damage, property loss, or excessive cleaning costs incurred during their stay.

2. Life jackets and seat cushions must remain in the boat at all times, and all guests under 18 are required to wear a life jacket while using the boat.

3. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property.

4. No pets allowed.

5. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors and surrounding properties.

6. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is given.

7. Please treat the cottage, furnishings, and outdoor spaces with care and respect.

8. Do not move indoor furniture outdoors.

9. Please clean up after yourself and dispose of trash in the designated containers before checkout.

10. Do not leave food outside, as it may attract wildlife.

11. Please turn off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use.

12. Report any maintenance issues or accidental damage promptly so we can address them quickly.

13. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the water, dock, and fire pit areas.

14. Use of the lake, dock, fire pit, and boat is at guests’ own risk.

15. Please respect check-in and check-out times unless other arrangements have been approved.
