Location Location Location !!! Two blocks from Downtown Delray. Relax with family and friends at this chic Downtown Delray home. Beautiful and stylish 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with separate guest house. Private fully fenced in, tastefully furnished backyard with heated pool sitting/social area, games and more. Located two short blocks from “The Ave” where you’ll find premier restaurants, shops, parks, marina, markets and nightlife. Home is 1/2 mile from our infamous beach.

Backyard: heated pool sitting area backyard games (ping pong foosball cornhole connect four and BBQ pool volleyball and pool basketball.

Kitchen & Living room: Open kitchen is merged with a living room that leads to the dining room. A sizable open living room flowing into a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The dinning room offers a seating for up to 6 people along with the necessary dinnerware.

Bedroom1: Master suite with the most privacy, including a king bed, luxury bathroom double rain shower full of toiletries, spacious walk-in closet, smart TV.

Bedroom 2: A king bed with smart TV and custom closet.

Bedroom 3: A full size day bed, work station, custom closet, smart TV.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom.

The bedroom arrangements are perfect for families, business travelers and group of friends seeking peaceful and private accommodations. Each room is equipped with their respective linens and towels.

Guest house has a master ensuite equipped with a king size bed flat screen tv and custom closet

Perfect Trip!

Our stay at Flamingo Villa was outstanding! Upon arrival, everything was set up for us. Easy entry, extremely clean, new renovation. Kitchen was perfectly appointed to allow us to eat many meals at home. Screened porch and backyard are the perfect oasis to relax! Guest house was a fantastic bonus. Happy to stay at any other property hosted by Danny, service is top notch!

A Dream House

My girlfriends and I stayed for a long weekend. The house is absolutely fantastic! Every room and bathroom is updated and the guest house is a perfect sanctuary. The private pool was delightful and the perfect temperature where you could just walk/jump right in. The house is in a great location to walk to all the restaurants and nightlife on Atlantic Avenue in Delray. It’s a perfect home for families with kids because of the outdoor games but also for a group of adults. What you see in the pictures is what you get. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay there again. Danny, the host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Get Away

The house was everything I had imagined and more. It’s light and bright and such a great use of the space. We rarely spent any time indoors because the backyard was so lovely. The guest house in the back is super cute and the friends we had in from out of town loved it. The beds are comfy and our guests even checked the mattress to find out the brand. The house is only about two blocks from all of the bars a restaurants on Atlantic Avenue and we walked to Atlantic Avenue almost every night for dinner. We rented a golf cart but, the only time we ever used it was to go to beach. So, it is definitely not needed since everything is so close and easy walk. We loved this house and location and are looking forward to staying in this house again.
