The hotel offers very limited amenities considering the price charged. What bothered me the most was the lack of transparency regarding the daily resort fee. Guests are charged nearly $60 per day regardless of whether they use the resort facilities or not. These mandatory fees were not communicated clearly during the booking process, and charging guests for services they do not use feels unfair. I believe hotels should be much more transparent about these additional costs so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Overall, I expected a much better experience from a hotel with Fairmont’s reputation.

The location was nice and safe and was close to major freeways and major Los angeles destinations. Just be aware that there is $10 parking fee additional per day other than that, It was a very nice stay at the Leef.
