At my place, you'll meet real people, not employees of a Bed and Breakfast place where owner is never available, it is a home where you can spend time talking with the owner.
Kitchen is fully functional with a microwave, fridge, toaster, RO water purifier, sandwich maker, mixer, burners and raw material to cook.
