While convenient to the airport, this property was not what I expected. The linens were old and thinning, the sounds outside our room throughout night continued to wake me up. The staff was friendly but I was uncomfortable the entire night.

Rooms especially bathrooms are Good and cleaniness is very good. Staff is cooperative. They allow complimentary early check in. Staff is co-operate. They serve buffet breakfast. Hygiene is good. Location is also good. Hotel is placed away from the main highway. So outside vehicle noice is well contained. Connectivity is excellent. Hotel is covered by multiple small restaurants which serves different varieties of foods. There is 24 hrs hot water facility. Geyser are there in every room. Close to Delhi Airport and Aerocity. Taxi service also available 24 hours.

Room was dirty, my sheets and pillows abd blanket cover looked soiled. Everything was dusty and gross. Staff were not very polite. The toilet in my first room didn’t flush so they moved me to another room after I had already unpacked my things. In that new room the TV didn’t work. The bathrooms smelt bad.

Small hotel in a neighborhood we did not feel safe. Bathroom not acceptable for North American folks like us.

Not really impressed with the food quality they provided early in the morning. I had ordered a coffee, but found out three mosquitoes enjoying early bath in the cup, so I had had to leave it there but service was good anyway
