Nada recomendable,no encontraban la reserva pagada

Lo cogimos porque aparecía no muy lejos del aeropuerto y llegábamos tarde de un viaje de casi 20 horas. Al llegar nos tuvieron 1hora y media horrorosa en la recepción porque decían que no habían recibido la reserva ni veían que estuvieran pagada (estaba pagado desde marzo, hacia 4meses, pagado y repagado vaya), no sabemos si pretendían que se volviera a pagar,pero solo hasta que dijimos que nos íbamos a otro hotel dijeron que vale que nos quedáramos. Una vez dentro en la habitación, el olor de humedad era nefasto, lo único que teníamos ganas era de que pasara la noche rapido y llegar al siguiente hotel, que probablemente (no era muy difícil) iba a ser mejor.

it was completely different in actual than shown in photos. Poor lighting, no shower/bath tub, bed sheets were dirty. Good that we didn't stayed overnight. Staff was prompt.

Worst hotel experience ever!

I booked this hotel for my family members they needed some place near airport to stay before traveling to the US. I have been booking flights and hotels through orbitz since long and have had a very good experience with them. But not this time. First of all, upon reaching the hotel, they said upfront that they don't have any reservations! When we told them the booking id and showed them the confirmation emails, they agreed that we have booked rooms with them.. but this whole transaction took 1 hour. Over and above that they allocated us the smoking room saying there aren't any rooms available. Then when we said that we don't want to stay with them and could they help us in getting a cab, they upfront said 'no'. My family left the place for good but unfortunately lost 2 hours of our precious time. I do not recommend this hotel.
