Fabulous stay

Had a great stay very nice atmosphere amzing service with tasty food. Modern facility near to many shopping arcades easily approchable on main road. Just avoid touts on the road they wont tell u about this hotel couse they dont provide commissions to them. Over all we had a good experience.

Too noisy and no complimentary service

The hotel is almost like like. But located on a busy street. A restaurant next door has late night party with loud music running till late at night. I was given a back lane room and still did not alleviate the noise level. The hallway just outside my room was noisy with people talking all the time. The room has no towels when I checked in. Why do I have to ask for them? No free water was provided as a compliment. I was In another hotel in the same area for the previous two nights with all the opposite experience at a lesser price. I was forced to book this hotel due to the fact that I couldn’t get a train ticket to Agra and needed an extra night stay in Delhi. The previous hotel I stayed had no room for the extra night.

Issues started when our requested airport pickup was nowhere to be found. Upon arrival and check in, we had the hotel's tourism links immediately thrust upon us via a shady feeling telephone call with the hotel manager who wasn't present. When reaching our room we discovered that the complimentary tea had been charged to our room despite being told it was free, this issue repeated with bottled water, which had been said to be free when booking. In addition to the generally noisy area and excessively loud AC unit, we were taken by surprise as building work within the hotel continued until the late evening, thereby making sleep recovery after a long flight practically impossible. Alongside a generally dirty and unkempt room, the bed linens were in a poor state and we received no housekeeping throughout our entire 5 night stay.

Nice budget hotel

This is a very nice budget hotel. It's clean, roomy and comfortable. The location can't be beat. There are lots of small markets, restaurants, and shops along the street, and there is a huge public market just a few blocks away. The staff here is friendly and quick to respond to your needs. My room did not get cleaned every day; however, I did tell them the first two days that I didn't need it to be cleaned so maybe they thought I didn't want the service. But when i request towels or other necessities, they are right there to deliver. The tour desks offer very reasonable tours, short and long. India is fascinating, and there's no better area in which to enjoy the experience.

Helpful staff. Dirty Hotel

When we arrived we were shown to an extrememly dirty room. we asked for it to be cleaned, which involved them doing a quick wipe of the floor with some dirty chemically smelling water. We then asked to move rooms, and were shown to 1 which was a slight improvement.

Exceeded Expectations

I only stayed in this hotel night. I had chosen it because it was cheap and I wasn't expecting a great deal. However, it was very clean, the food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would return to this hotel again.

Not worth your money

I just walked around this hotel and realized it was stupid to check in this hotel. First it was very old and not maintained properly. Secondly it was not at all clean and you would not like to stay at such a place at this tariff. The only saving grace was one hotel staff personnel called Ranjit.

Gesamthaft ist das Hotel nicht schlecht und für ein bis drei Nächte sicher praktisch, wenn man nicht allzuviel Zeit im Hotel verbringen möchte. Das Hotel ist nicht so bekannt, deshalb ist es nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Gut ist die relativ nahe Lage zur Metro Station New Delhi (mit Taxi). Das Personal ist mässigfreundlich und das gesamte Hotel ist etwas düster. Backpackers würden sich in einem Family Guest House oder einem Backpacker Hotel wohler fühlen und für Reisenden mit höheren Hotelansprüchen wäre dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Jedoch wie gesagt, für ein bis drei Nächte vollkommen in Ordnung.

A bad hotel in a bad location.

I have been travelling a lot and stayed in different hotels in different countries. Hotel Yuvraj was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. The only good thing in this Hotel was their two managers both in the day and Night shifts. I continued my stay just because of these two guys. Both these managers were very cooperative and helpfull, otherwise I would have checked out of hotel after first night.
