Overall, the property is good and the stay was comfortable. However, the actual property differs significantly from the photos displayed on the website. The images create a different impression, which can be misleading for guests. While the facilities and service were satisfactory, I would recommend updating the online photos to accurately reflect the current condition and appearance of the property.

The promotional images on the Expedia site did not accurately reflect the hotel or room. The bathroom was nothing like the image. It took 20 minutes to check in as receptionist had to call some to verify the booking. The room itself was ok as we were only there for a few hours we were happy enough.

The manager moved us to another hotel as he said that the room we booked had a fault! The hotel we were sent to was absolutely disgusting and needs to be pulled down ! I am totally disgusted with how we were treated and i hope Expedia takes action and makes sure that the hotels they have on their site are good and honest !!!

Appeared to be in repair. But appliances were operational, ac, TV, ceiling fan. Bathroom floor was very slippery when wet, like open room shower. Receptionist was horrible. Didn't show reservation, then charged me 3x the rate posted on Expedia. Rude and not professional.

A Nightmare Experience from Day One – Avoid This Place! We booked a three-night stay, and the experience was a nightmare from the very beginning. The promised pickup never arrived, leaving us to arrange our own taxi. To make matters worse, the address listed on Google Maps was different from the hotel’s actual location, which was both misleading and frustrating. Upon arrival, we were given accommodation different from what we had originally booked and had to change rooms. The interiors were unhygienic, and the surrounding area was polluted and unpleasant. What made the experience even worse was the lack of clear explanations or proper responses to our questions. Also, be extremely cautious about using their laundry service, as the charges were outrageously expensive. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience, with misleading information, poor service, and unacceptable standards of cleanliness. I would never stay here again and strongly advise other travellers to do their research before booking.
