Close to New Delhi Railway Station, arrival from and departure to the Airport are very agreable. N. B.: For Air-India-flights check-in of the luggage can be done at the New Delhi Airport Express Line Metro Station!!! Around the hotel you find everything you may need: Restaurants of each category, supermarket, beauty saloon, wine store ... Staff is very friendly and helpful !

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at

My advice to all those people traveling to India is to not make a mistake of staying in this hotel. First of all, it isn’t a safe area for foreign travelers. Secondly, hotel stuff are always looking for an opportunity to steal either your stuff or something from your so they can charge you for. Over all, they rip you off. Don’t stay ever go there!

Do not go here if you are a women travelling alone

Staff was terrible, terribly noisy, bugs and dirty rooms, didn't feel safe, not sure if it is really even a "hotel".

Fare location but bad service

Location is close to the railway station but it is located in the small road that we find it for few minutes. The service of the front desk is super bad. We used almost 30mins to finish our check in. I showed my booking from hotels.com but the guy was still very confused and take a long time to verify my booking. And the old man cannot really communicate with us while we are filling the check in form. The room is fare but have dust on table. Water is hot and bed is ok. When we check in, the old man of the front desk asked us to pay which we have already settled the payment on hotels.com. I totally cannot understand why they cannot check the record online but use the service of hotels.com. That's totally nonsense.

Not a good place to stay.

Most unfriendly and corrupt staff. They didn’t even give the bill for the stay and was demanding only cash as their 4-5 credit card machines wouldn’t work for 5 consecutive days. I had to pay all cash for 2+1 nights stay. I had to demand a receipt during my later stay. The bed sheets aren’t even washed. They looked so dirty and dusty. No towels on the 2nd day as they said that their washing machine is broken. The locality in which it is in is dirty. Food was okay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone.

設備は安いホテル、価格相応。ただ正直あまりお勧めできません。通り沿いの部屋でしたが、一晩中クラクションがうるさく安眠できずです。また他の口コミでも記載がありますが、フロントのマネジャーのタクシーやツアーの売り込みんで来るのも不快です。 地図がメインバザール沿いですが、実際はそこから10分ほど北に歩いたところです。インド初日で右も左もわからない中、グーグルマップで新規検索して判明しましたが苦労しました。改善希望します。 お湯を出すのに部屋の外のスイッチを入れ、15分ほど待つ必要があります。入室時に説明はなく、フロントを呼びました。もう行こうとは思いません。

心態與服務的影響

飯店在巷子裡面，服務都不錯，其實我都可接受。早餐是客房服務，不過餐點CP值不高，口味以亞洲人來說偏鹹。最影響評分的是經理前後不一的態度。我遺漏了東西在店家，因為語言不通請他協助，一開始說好，但是最後卻不耐煩的要我自己去處理。遺憾。

We stayed two nights in this hotel and really didn't like our first room at all. The bathroom smelled really bad, the shower head was broken and there was no hot water. The sheet on the bed were stained and guests in other rooms or in the corridor were really loud in the evening. On our second night, we asked for another room and we had a better experience. They showed us were to turn the hot water unit on, the bathroom was not smelly and we had two windows. Furniture, bed sheet and walls were still stained, but it's India! Check in was quick and easy though and there's a lift so for luggage, it's good.

disgusting hotel

a truly horrible experience, unclean, shower had smell of sewer water, I could go on and on, please don't end up hating Delhi like me because of my stay at this hotel. guy on reception is so rude as mentioned in previous reviews.

Bad hotel

The hotel isn't very good, the room are little clean, but the manager isn't kindly, and they are tricksters, they tried to paid 3 nights more !!! They said it were taxes !

Well maintained budget hotel

Small budget kind hotel but very well maintained .. Location is the key advantage ... Close to metro stations.. Easy access to many important places. The rooms were quite nice with good bedding. The food was ok, not many choices, but acceptable and tasty was good.

Fantastic quality for the price

Very small rooms, but it had everything you need for a short stay. Value in general was fantastic. The location was very good, it is close to the train and metro station, and the city center is only a short cab ride away. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to friends and family.

Comfortable stay, great location

Really a nice hotel in the middle of the city. It was close enough to the train station, so it's easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff, we asked for an early check in and they allowed us which was very appreciated.

All perfect but main highlight - staffs

Hotel was perfectly fine for the two of us. The room, location, decor, comfort all good. But the main highlight was the staff. They were all very friendly and supportive. We arrived at the hotel at 2pm, and it is raining outside and we were coming from the train station to the hotel on foot. We were a bit damp due to the rain, the staff welcomed us and before proceeding to check in they immediately gave us a towel and provided two cups of coffee which was a nice and an unforgettable touch for us.

Reasonably priced property

Reasonably price property with very nice rooms and friendly staff. Good location, easy access to major attractions via public transportation. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk away which makes walking around very safe even at night. I will go there again anytime.

Good enough for short term stays

Good enough for short term stays. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is only a few steps from the metro stations. You can reach most places via metro in a few minutes you can also find plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel.

Happy to find such a good hotel

Check in and out was a breeze, and the staff were very helpful and giving us information about the city and the rental taxis. My room was a bit small, but still perfect. The beds were good and comfortable, and the location was convenient.

Nice for short trips

The hotel is near the city center, close to public transport and major attractions of the city. Hotel is not too big and luxurious, but the room was well appointed and clean. WiFi was a little shaky and slow, but the other facilities were nice.

Perfect for a short visit

Hotel is kind of budget friendly and small but perfect for a short visit to the city center. Room was tidy and quite, and the location was great with lots of important attractions that are easily accessible. We will definitely go back there again.

Schöner Ort für ein paar Tage zu bleiben

Bei der Ankunft war der gesamte Prozess der Verifikation gut koordiniert unter den Mitarbeitern. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas weit vom Flughafen entfernt, aber ganz in der Nähe der Bahn- und U-Bahn-Stationen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr aufmerksam auf unsere Bedürfnisse und half uns mit Reservierungen zu den Gaststätte, die wir wollten.
