Did not use the laundry but this location was great for airport travel. Room was quiet and comfortable. Only thing was I could not get my hot water heater to turn on. But price, comfort and location was worth it. Will stay again.

Great hotel.

Great hotel. Friendly & helpful staff. Large clean room. Great hot shower. Able to leave bags for a few days. Good location - easy walk to Mall.

Our second stay here. Our stored luggage was returned & our ciean & beautifully pressed laundry was returned. Staff has helpful as ever. Great room & hot shower. Recommend

Hotel appears generally clean and I did not notice any major issues with cleanliness. Most fascilities are in good working condtion. Hot water was insufficient for shower. You get like a couple of minutes of hot water and then it is basically luke warm. They need to install higher capacity water heaters.

Good place friendly staff . Felt Safe n sound food was a bit Average though but Location close to Ambeience Mall hence never had any problem .To upgrade their Rooms they should install Refrigirators in each Room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were good and delivered freshly made. It was great opportunity to experience authentic Indian cuisine. Room service is available but be aware that all options are vegetarian only. I was met with disappointment whenever I left the facility for dinner, but wanted non vegetarian options.

The property is small. 12 rooms. We were looking for something local rather than a chain. Rooms were big. All Meals are via room service and what we sampled was good. Also the property felt safe They don’t get many English speaking guests so there was a language barrier but that was a small price to pay. We had an enjoyable stay and the staff was eager to accommodate whether steering us to a drug store (aka chemist) or the mall. The food is cooked on site and was really good. We would stay here again.

So spectacular

I do no have enough excellent word to write on hoe exceptional this hotel was. It was more than like being at home. Everything was spectacular. Every person that worked there went above and beyond the call of duty. I felt so taken care of. Vijay was an amazing leader.

This property is not licensed. I didn’t receive an official statement during checkout. A lot can be improved including the physical condition of the rooms as well as linens. However the hotel staff was very amicable and tried to make me comfortable as much as they could.

Great place to stay for cyberhub accessibility. Location is great and it's situated quite close to Ambience mall as well. My room was spacious and adequately clean. Staff was very cooperative as well. The only thing is that you can hear a bit noise of other guests on reception. The owner took notice and immediately responded which was really commendable. I look forward to staying here again.

Great service

This is a typical 3 star hotel in Delhi but has a 5 star staff. The service they extended to us was above and beyond and really made our stay great. We felt they truly care about your experience with them and help you to enjoy your time in Delhi with arrangements and recommendations.
