The hotel staff is great. This was our second stay here and their hospitality is as great as it was the first time. Very convenient to go to the airport. Highly recommend!

Close to the airport and friendly staff. There was no toilet paper in the room, slippers of someone else still in the bathroom. Dirty mirrors and floor. Bedsheets with stains, but pretty comfortable.

Property was good. It was clean and cozy. One issue was that, Expedia had given itinerary which one included breakfast. But the hotel denied it saying they have not received the breakfast in their booking. I had to spend almost 2 hours on call with Expedia to get it resolved. Expedia has lots of co-ordination issues with the hotels. Please tripple check your booking before arrival.

The room was old and dirty. I found several bed bugs when I pulled the sheets back on the bed. I did not stay there, but the hotel manager insisted that he could not refund me, even though I was not going to stay.

We booked a stay at Hotel Festival for a group of nine through Expedia. The hotel photos looked perfectly fine online — clean, updated, and comfortable. The reality could not have been more different. When we arrived, we found: • Piles of dirty, used sheets stacked on the laundry room floor • Dirty flip-flops left in the room for guest use (disgusting and unhygienic) • Bed bugs clearly visible — on sheets in at least two rooms, and one bed bug even jumped onto a member of our group • Hair all over the sheets in one of the rooms This was not just disappointing - it was an unsafe and unsanitary environment. The hotel owner was completely dismissive when we brought the issues to their attention. We immediately contacted Expedia expecting real support, as the hotel did not provide the accommodations advertised. Instead, Expedia refused to issue a refund despite this being a clear case of misrepresentation and a health hazard. They offered only a tiny credit toward a future booking, which is absolutely unacceptable. We will never use Expedia again and strongly advise others to avoid relying on their platform. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
