I rented 2 rooms and room 102 had cockroaches. After the first night, the owner moved our friends to another room. Staff were extremely friendly! We ordered breakfast 3 days and 2 days it was late. To get everything we ordered and more coffee took time.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Delhi. The staff were extremely warm and helpful, and the check-in process was quick. The room was comfortable and well-lit, and the bed was great after a long day of travel. The bathroom could use a little upgrading, especially the shower pressure. Other than that, everything else was wonderful, and I’d happily come back.
I recently stayed at this hotel in Delhi and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Check-in was smooth, and the team was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. The location is another big plus. It’s close to major attractions, markets, and transport options, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. Just 100 m from RK Ashram Metro Station and 1 km from New Delhi Railway Station. The in-house restaurant served delicious food, especially the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options.
The neighborhood was very unpleasant. The room was tiny and filthy with lumps of long hair and dark stain on the floor. I booked for 4 days, but moved out early to another hotel. But I can't complain too much because it was a single room cheaper than a hostel dorm room in Europe.

Okayish hotel. AC temperature being fixed to 24C made the whole exeperience really bad.
This is not a 4 star hotel. Cold showers, A/C constantly turns off, WiFi barely works, and the room was not clean upon arrival. The staff is not very friendly either. They will find a way to charge you for something on checkout. Book at your own risk.
Room was not clean. Bed had dirty bed sheets. Strong Smell in the bathroom. Dirty floor. Dusty Dirty window. Food provided in a dirty plate / folk. Staff was informed , sheets changed.
The next day there was roaches in the room. Staff informed, I was moved to another room.
Hard to find location in old Delhi. You cannot walk to hotel with luggage. Broken faucet. No hot water. Too expensive for pretty much no facility. Pictures on website are very deceiving. Sorry to say. Stay away from this place.
Had a very bad experience staying at this hotel, my worst in all my years as Expedia customer customer. The staff was responsive and helpful but I had to deal with a lot of issues with the room.. The air conditioning kept turning off, water was not coming in tap or shower sometimes. Had to call reception multiple times to fix issues in the room. The last day of our stay my wife got food poisoning eating food from their room service, which was the last straw & most serious for us.

We booked and payed for 3 person for a room and usually a extra bed is provided for the third person but the hotel said they don’t provide the extra bed need to be adjusted on the same king size bed which is weird and then they arranged a mattress (not a bed) which was really bad ,

Pictures on Expedia are very different to what is reality
We moved out after the first night! They have still not processed our refund yet!
They harassed us in the beginning to pay upfront when we can pay on the day of check out.

Rooms had cockroaches. We requested extra bed for 3 rooms and they confirmed and charged for 3 ppl but there was no space for the beds. Washroom water taps broken. We asked for nww rooms and they could not accomodate. We asked for atay to be cancelled and refunded and not yet received. Tried to contact expedia via virtual chat and file complaint. Front desk ppl were kind but the accomodation and over lack of hygenie was terrible. Could not stay there and do not recommend to others. Disappointed with expedia pushing this place as a vip accommodation.
Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The air conditioning was controlled by the front desk, and it was often switched off. Every time the room became warm, I had to call and request them to turn it on, which was extremely inconvenient.
The towels provided were damp and had a foul smell, making them unusable. There was also no hot water available in the morning. When I requested it, the staff handed me an old immersion coil heater, which was unsafe and not in proper working condition.
I had initially booked the room for two days, but after experiencing these issues, I wanted to cancel the second day. However, the hotel refused any refund.
Additionally, no drinking water was provided in the room—it was only available at an extra charge. When I asked for coffee at 6:00 AM, I was told it would only be available after 8:00 AM, which was disappointing.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When I tried to contact Expedia, no help.
EXTREMELY EXTREMELY BAD. I have been to 40+ countries, used Expedia for years, and this was by far the most fraudulently advertised hotel. I now question the reliability of Expedia listings.
The address was not as listed but in a back alley nearby with no street signage - and that was already the best part. It is located in the slums. There was human feces immediately outside the building. Linen was visibly stained, dead insects on bed, no shower, toilet unflushable, no toilet paper, AC unadjustable, staff tried to make 2 guests share 1 bath towel, and the "disposable" slippers and soap provided were clearly used and repackaged. They also locked the front door from the inside at night - a serious safety hazard in case of fire.
The only reason we stayed 30 minutes into our 3-day booking was to find another hotel booking in the middle of the night. Would give negative stars if I could.
