Our flight was delayed and they made sure we could check in late (2:30 a.m.) They also made sure my wife had ice daily for her surgically repaired knee, provided helpful advice on things to do in Delft, transportation,museums and much more. "Lovely nature-theme decor with tasty daily breakfast at GAIA Cafe downstair. Service is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room has an alcove furnished with bunkbed, a perfect hideaway for our teenagers who say this is their best hotel stay yet! Hotel is conveniently located in Oude Delft, within a short walk from the train and tram stations, the Oude Kerk Nieuwe Kerk, Musee Prinsenhof Delft, Royal Delft Museum and TU Delft. Rotterdam and Den Haag are a short train/tram ride away. Excellent value! "
