"The fifteen of us from 1 year old to our 80's thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay. Kids and grown-ups alike loved the clean and well-cared-for pool. The many little touches were great, lik the pool toys, the detergent by the washer-dryers, cofee-maker and utility sinks in the suites, the AC in the whole house. The game room and outside play area were well used, as well as the fire pit and outdoor grills. It can be hard to tell from the photos on the website, but the house was actually more spacious than in the pictures. We also enjoyed the restaurants, cafes and gift shops in Ellicottville. We all came away with great memories and pictures. Thanks Annette and David for a great stay. "

"We reserved this apartment for our daughter, her husband, and their four children (ages 2 to 11), and it was absolutely perfect for their stay! The location was very convenient—just minutes from the family we were visiting—and the included admission to the nearby blueberry farm was a wonderful bonus.We all enjoyed picking blueberries and the kids had fun playing in the play area with a zip line, visiting the chicken coop, and checking out the unique treehouse restaurant on-site. It was such a fun and memorable experience for the whole family!The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The A/C units kept the rooms cool and comfortable even during a stretch of extremely hot weather. Having a washer and dryer and a kitchen area made it easy for the family to prepare breakfast and keep up with laundry during their stay.The owner was outstanding—always quick to respond to any questions, no matter the day or time. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family. Highly recommend!"

"We've stayed at another property in Little Valley managed by this owner many times and have been very happy with that house, this year our group wanted to upgrade a bit and so we booked the Rooster's Den. This was a fantastic rental for our group of 8 in the summer and would be even more incredible during the ski season! We appreciated the incredible view through the A frame living room and the wraparound porch, the backyard with firepit, grill and hot tub, and the spaceous kitchen and downstairs game room. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to be back next year!"

"This is a cool little place off the beaten path. Loved that the rooms were bigger than a normal hotel room and could accommodate our larger family. It’s a tad rustic, but room was clean and stocked with everything you would need. "

"This was a nice and rustic trip away from the city into the peace and serenity of the country. Beautiful night sky with a fire pit and a porch allowed one to enjoy the sights and sounds. Cows, goats, miniature horses, chickens, geese, peacocks, dogs, and cats are some of the friendly animals on the property. Trailer was clean and bed was comfortable."
