"We stayed for a week and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful in suggestions of places to go, information about the area, and any questions we had. Definitely worth staying here instead of a more expensive place that included breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. The parking garage inside has spots on each floor (maybe a little over 10 cars) and is a little tight so I can only imagine how crazy it could get during the busy season (we were there at the end of Sept)."

"The ocean view! I could have spent the whole vacation on the deck, sipping drinks, snacking and staring out to sea while lounging on the high comfy bar stools and table. But I did do frequent short walks on the beach with my dog. It's so close to the beach my dog memorized how to get home in a couple days. This was the easiest and most relaxing beach vacation ever. It's like checking into a hotel and the concierge has thought of everything you need. Beach chairs and umbrellas and beds already made (and the beds are comfy!) and lots of ice and in the kitchen, all the tools and pans and spices and space you could want. Maureen responds instantly to any questions and solves any concerns. I really hated to leave. I long to enjoy that view and sea breeze again and comfort again!"

"Amazing home, incredible location and awesome host! :)We loved our week at this house; it was the perfect blend of modern amenities with a beachy vibe! Christian was super communicative ahead of the check-in process, and immediately responsive with the handful of questions we had throughout the week. The bonus guest suite with its own entrance suited our group perfectly, as the grandparents got to have their own oasis, and the kids' room was plenty big enough for 4 kids with 2 full-over-full bunk beds! The key highlight of the house itself was the living spaces! With 2 TV areas, another seating area, and a dining space all within the same flow, the entire group was able to do their own thing (read, watch TV, build Magna-Tiles :)) but still feel like we were all hanging out together. It made for a very special vacation week for the families.The beach spoiled us - we've been to Dewey/Rehoboth several times, but never at North Indian Beach. A 2-3 block-sized private beach, where we were guaranteed the best beach seat in the house daily! No fighting for space - yet still visited by the ice cream carts. And with the house's location, we were within walking distance of several restaurants / coffee shops, which simplified our nightly dinner conversation!Looking forward to staying here again in the future!"
