Great location

Great location in the heart of downtown Delaware. A quick walk to Ohio Wesleyan, shops and restaurants. Apartment was updated and beautifully decorated.

Super cute!

This apartment is so cute! I’ve always wanted to live above one of the downtown businesses, I’m glad I finally got to even though it was just for a few days. Perfect place to stay for 1 person or a couple. It’s super clean and has everything you’d need. 20/10 would stay here again!

Great little apartment in the heart of downtown

Nice property with lots of pluses. Comfortable, quiet and clean space. Just be aware parking is street parking, but had no issues finding a spot on Sandusky or around the corner. Overall great experience!

Nice little apartment

Very clean and much quieter than i expected. We needed a place to stay close to some friends and this was a great spot. It was a cute apartment. Not a good place for anyone that has trouble with stairs,as the entrance was up a steep staircase.

Lovely Loft

Excellent location in downtown Delaware. Very clean and spacious. Appears freshly remodeled. Excellent comfortable bed. We slept so well cocooned in the bedroom. There was no outside noise. We also loved the rainfall showerhead. Thank you for providing Nespresso coffee! We had a wonderful stay.
